a 700 sf casita , solar retreat on glorietta mesa near santa fe ,
a world away from the city lights+ noise and yet close ( 20miles/30min to SF) . we are off-the-grid with solar electricity and rain water catchment.
there is a 4 mile stretch of dirt road which can have muddy & slippery stretches ; although this winter is mild & dry with no road issues , if it snows 6" + a AWD / 4WD is best .(snow cables work, too )
we can consider one well-behaved dog.
