Elegant, fully functional and spacious, this 3BD 2BA in a gated community has everything you’ll need for a long stay in sunny San Antonio. Built in 2016, the home also has a lovely, well-maintained backyard and garage. Pet friendly ( Max. 2 pets, $300 1st pet/$200 2nd, $20 per month per pet, weight and breed restrictions, must be crated or outside when you are not at home)

The space
Set in a gated, pet-friendly community, this lovely home features tasteful décor and finishes. Working professionals will find the comfortable desk and office chair beneficial to stay connected to their career when in the comfort of this detached home. The kitchen comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is roomy enough for the family or friends to gather around. There is a full-sized washer and dryer as well as many more conveniences that make the house a great fit. A 2-car garage and a gently -sloping driveway means there’s room for at least 4 cars to park at any time. The house is also close to major highways Hwy 1604 and I-10. It is 7.1 miles (less than 15 minutes) from the Medical Center, USAA, UTSA, Six Flags, the RIM and La Cantera. In the last quarter of 2018, we added Alexa personal assistant to our amenities. Relax to some contemporary Jazz or classical music and much more. Ask for weather status before leaving home. Just Start with "Alexa" and then request recommendations to nearby restaurants and for directions to local stores and entertainment...

Guest access
Guests have access to a gym and swimming pool. The community has lush landscaping, a poolside BBQ facility, boutique swimming pool, and on-site management and maintenance.

For the convenience of all our guests, smoking in the home is prohibited.

An application and background check is required. Copies of photo IDs are required to complete all reservations.

Trash Guidelines - Trash pickup is on Wednesdays and all cans should be out by 7am for pickup. During the rest of the week, trash cans need to be stored in the garage per the community addendums. Please DO NOT leave trash cans out at the curb or in front of your home. If you must store them outside, please set them on the side of your home. keeping them out of sight will keep our community looking beautiful.

Parking Guidelines - Garages are for the use of operable motor vehicles only. Only 4 vehicles permitted per household. If household has the maximum number of vehicles (4), 2 cars must be parked in the garage and 2 must be parked in the driveway in compliance with the community policies & parking addendum. Please do not park in the street unless absolutely necessary. Have guests use your driveway when at all possible. the community addendum states that no one should be parked in the street between 12am and 7am. It is never ok to block sidewalks, park on the grass or parked in common areas.

The community is pet friendly and is home to all manner of four-legged family members.

Pet policy: We need your pet info prior to booking. Pets are welcome with a NON REFUNDABLE pet fee, $300 for first dog and $200 for second dog plus $20 per month (per pet). Maximum of 2 pet. Breed restrictions apply and please crate pets when you are not at home.
