Monteverde Vecchio is a district located in one of the most picturesque residential areas in Rome, only a few minutes from the city center. Two parks can be found nearby: one surrounds Villa Pamphili and is the city's largest public park, where jogging and picnicking are popular activities. It's a green, leafy area leading up to the Gianicolo Hill and its spectacular panoramic views over the Eternal City. All tourist attractions in Rome and the Vatican are within easy reach.
