Sleeps up to seven (3 beds 1 pull out sofa), with two bathrooms – perfect for families or friends.
-Minimum Age to Rent is 25. Sorry, we will not accept groups of guests under 25 years of age. Families with babies, kids & teens are welcome.
-Non-Smokers Only. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Guests liable for costs of special cleaning and fumigation, if housekeeping staff detect any evidence of smoking in the property or outside by the hot tub.
-Pets: No pets allowed. No exceptions. Guest liable for costs of special cleaning, including carpets, if housekeeping staff detect any presence of pets in the property.
-Cancellations made by guests as per the website.
-Delayed Arrivals do not qualify for refunds. We are not responsible for circumstances which result in delayed arrivals.
-Travel insurance is recommended to protect yourself against any unexpected events involving your lodging, flights or vacation-related products.
-Delivery of instructions and access information by email prior to arrival.
-Ineligible Guests: 24 Hour Reservation Reversal. The owner or their contact reserves the right to cancel reservations made by, and refuse business to: Guests who do not meet the policies published in this property's Policies Table at the time of booking and past Guests known to have: intentionally violated rental property policies, damaged and/or defaced rental properties through intentionally destructive and/or negligent behavior, engaged in theft, broken local bylaws and laws, committed fraud or who misrepresented themselves, and Guests who have caused bodily or emotional harm to any third parties. Reservations may be cancelled up to a maximum of 48 hours from the time the ineligible Guest made the booking. Guests will be issued a refund by personal cheque. Refunds will be adjusted for any payment processing expenses Late Reservation Payments. Failure to pay by the due dates will result in automatic cancellation without a deposit refund. Guests can re-book dates if they are still available; deposit will not be re-charged.

-Complaints Concerning Property Report all property complaints or obvious damage caused by previous Guests to us immediately, by phone and by email as they become evident. Serious problems should be reported with supporting photographs. We will make our best efforts to rectify problems within 24 hours of notification. Failure to notify us of property-related problems while in the property and as they become evident, will forfeit any rights or claims against us regarding property condition after your departure.
-Excessive Noise: In order to promote an enjoyable vacation experience at Glaciers Reach, excessive noise will not be tolerated. Security has the option to evict and/or fine guests, after one verbal warning. Use of the hot tub is not permitted after 11pm
-Bikes are not to be bought into the unit.
-Internet Availability & Usage: Free wireless internet.
-Liability: Not liable for any errors or omissions. The owner is also not liable for any incidents/accidents that occur within the unit or the Glaciers Reach development.
-Maintenance Emergencies: Emergency contacts provided upon balance payment.
-Maximum Sleeping Capacity: 7
-Property Damage $500 per-authorized charge.
Rental Accommodation Zoning: We are zoned for nightly rentals.

Guests are responsible for doing a general tidy up before leaving which includes: 1) Taking out the trash 2) Doing dishes and running the dishwasher 3) Wipe down of the kitchen surfaces 4) Turn off all lights and turn heat down to 15 degrees (DO NOT TURN HEAT ALL THE WAY OFF AS THE PIPES MAY BURST) 5) Ensure the fire place is completely off 6) Ensure that the garage key is left in the unit 7) Upon checking out of the unit please be sure to lock the door by pressing the center button on the combination lock and turning the locking dial.
Acceptance: When booking 68 Glaciers Reach we require the guest to confirm that they have read these terms and conditions and that they accept them.
