The space

Outstanding home with 5 stars reviews. A beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bath, 3-story home in Central Park City/Park Meadows.
The western decor and themed rooms will leave an indelible mark and will add character to your vacation! The living room offers a Native American Indian decor, complete with unique art pieces. The custom furniture and cabinetry reveals luxurious taste. A flat screen TV and a Bose sound system will add to your entertainment and so will the books, board games, and DVDs available for your enjoyment.
The gourmet kitchen has a fishing theme and is equipped with all the culinary necessities to assist the vacationing gourmet!
The Master Bedroom with its mountain/Park City theme will delight you, with its volume ceiling and its sitting area, twin sleeper sofa, its own private bath, flat screen TV, loads of storage and view of the mountain.
The guest bedroom or the Moose Room, is equipped with a King size bed, a flat screen tv, whimsical artwork and sliders overlooking the PC mountain top. Go through our Golf Gallery to access the bedroom on the 3rd floor. There you will find sleeping quarters for 5 vacationers, this is our Bear Room. The Bear Room also has a flat screen TV.
The property has 3 full baths. A hot tub graces one of the decks, the garage has a guest closet for storage of gear, and there is plenty of parking in front of the property.
The free shuttle bus stop, to any destination within Park City is directly in front of the property, just a few steps away and so is the Park City Municipal Athletic Center and Recreational Center (MARC) a state-of-the-art sports facility with a great a la carte menu of activities.
This home will comfortably welcome 10 guests+. Should you be accompanied by a baby, a pack 'n play and booster chair are stored in the home for such an eventuality.
Every detail for your comfort has been reviewed and included. Even the linens will interest you, as they too are coordinated to home themes.
Our professional property manager is always on hand to assist you with your questions or concerns. We want your stay in our Park City home to be one of your best vacation memories.!

Great location that's central to everything. Roz is very responsive and easy to work with. There are lots of amenities for guests to use (e.g. lotions, soaps, bandaids, sunblock). Overall had a great stay and experience.

This property was nice and mostly met the needs of our extended family of 7 during our winter ski vacation. Pros: great location with super easy, convenient access to free public transit; close to slopes, shopping, rec center & restaurants; clean; ample cooking supplies; garage parking; hot tub; wifi; spacious master bedroom; lots of family games Cons: pictures make some areas (kitchen, living, entry) appear larger than they actually feel; even though there are plenty of beds, space can become an issue for parties of our size or larger; 3rd floor mattresses are extremely uncomfortable for adults; some basics were not provided like extra toilet paper, kitchen trash bags, and paper towels. Overall, not a bad choice for the price.

Sorry about the toilet psper issue. My cleaning crew must have forgotten to leave extra rolls. That is why i give all my guests the telephone number of our local hands on property manager. To quickly remedy any situation. I never git a text from you, if i had i woukd have bith you and my local support system. The bunk beds are just that, bunk beds. Although they have extra thick mattresses there is no boxspring for bunks. as for space there are 2 bedrooms with king beds, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and 4 twin beds on the 3rd floor (bunks). The living space is slightly under 1600 sq. ft. i will add this to the property descriotion so as to clarify space for future guests. i am glad that despite these small hi cuos, you had a great time.

Pros = property was clean, the kitchen well stocked with cooking pans and utensils, sheets and towels were new and in good condition, nice hot tub, and the beds were comfortable Cons = Photos of unit were taken with a wide angle lens because space was much smaller than we were expecting. We'd not recommend this property for more than 5 people. Master bedroom has an odd bathroom set up with a tiny, awkward sink in the bedroom, and not the bathroom. It's actually hard for a man to even shave at this sink.

Sorry Marla that you had a problem figuring out the electonic lock! you are, the first guests to encounter this situation. I never considered this newer Schlage lock as a challenge, since it is a five star state- of - the- art lock. Our 3-story condo offers 3 bathrooms and plenty of room for bathing with 3showers/bathtub. My husband pulls the shelf on the vanity to accomodate his shaving kit etc..., you probably did not discover this convenience. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a King size bed and a third bedroom with bunk beds ( 3 single and 1 double) to accomodate at least 8-9 people total. Plus there is an additional queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The Master bedroom also offers a love seat that comfortably opens up onto a single bed, and the room is not cramped, but spacious still. As to the master bath set up, even though there is room for a sink, it was decided by the architect we worked with to add a novel 'Western touch' and put a custom carved granite sink on an antique bread cupboard for an interesting accent. There is a bag of salt by the front gate to throw on any ice forming before the association's snow clearing crew can clear everyone's walkway. Again, it is snow country and it is smart to look out for ice patches in winter time. I am sorry that you could not appreciate our property's charms.

We had a great time staying at this condo. Our group was 6 adults and 2 small children. We each had enough space to store our things and have a comfortable bed. There is a jacuzzi on the porch which we used on several nights and was clean, warm, and easy to use. We cooked lots of meals and the kitchen has everything you could ever need and plenty of space to sit and eat. The bus stop was right outside and was very convenient. We took the bus skiing and into town everyday. It's about 15-20 mins from the condo into town or park city resort. Our only negative was that our room was cold and we ended up buying a space heater because we had a small baby staying with us. But while we were there it was extremely cold (-11) so it's probably fine on a normal winter day. Roz was very quick in answering questions and answered my phone call as well. We enjoyed our stay!

It was a pleasure hosting your group. It was Park City at its coldest indeed when you visited. We will definitely have the heating checked to make sure the air flow is distributed evenly. We had a new furnace installed last winter and have had no issues with it. Perhaps a guest got too warm and closed a vent or two. That happens sometimes. But, we will look into this. Thank you for being a considerate guest. Have a great new year.

We had a wonderful stay at this townhouse. There were 8 of us staying here - 5 adults and 3 children - ages 6-14. The home was very clean, well equipped and in a quiet safe neighborhood. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the table fit all of us at meal time. There was limited space for all of us to place our clothing, so we did basically live out of our suitcases. Actually this was really not a problem as we do this anyway when we travel. There was enough space in each bedroom to do this. The entrance way is a bit tight especially with all the coats and shoes. There is a garage to park 1 car and another parking space directly in front of the home. One is able to pick up the local bus right at the corner which is very convenient if you do not want to drive to the local ski resorts. The location was perfect for us as we enjoy skiing a different mountain each day. We were anywhere from approximately 10min to 45min to the several mountains we skied. The PCMARC - which has an indoor pool, track, and gym is a 3 min walk from the townhouse. It does cost $7/day to use the facility. I cannot say enough how accommodating and attentive Roz was to all of our questions and needs. She was quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We did encounter 1 problem during our stay. The internet service and TV service were not working for 5 days of our stay. This was a bit frustrating as some of us needed internet access for work purposes. We also had 1 adult (grandma), who stayed home everyday and she was not able to access internet or watch TV. Roz and her husband did all they could do to correct this problem for us. However they were at the mercy of the local cable company and we all know how that goes. The cable company did eventually repair this problem. Roz was very concerned and apologetic and did inform us that she would be crediting us for our inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again. Place was great, location was great, host was great!

We had a wonderful time at this townhouse. The nightly rate was very reasonable for the area and the location was excellent. This place is easily accessible to all the major ski resorts. The house itself is up to date, modern, bright and sunny. All in all, a great place to stay. First, let me go over the "minuses" which were really quite minor but I always think it helps to lay them out for other potential guests. We had 2 families with a total of 9 people and while there were plenty of beds, it was a bit tight in the living room and dining table with that many people. The hot tub (essential for a ski vacation!) it's in the front of the townhouse so it's not private. It wasn't a problem for us but noting it for anyone who cares. The bedrooms were all a very good size but there weren't many places to store clothing and shoes. The master closet is locked for the owners' personal effects and there isn't a dresser. So all our clothing and gear piled up in the luggage on the floor. Since we packed for an 8-day stay, we had a lot of stuff! The entryway to the house is pretty small so if you have a lot of stuff (like you will when skiing) you will see a bit of entry congestion with coats, boots etc. But as I said, these are things that are worth noting but they didn't cause any problems for us or detract from our stay. The pluses far outweighed any issues. The location is excellent, the layout is comfortable and if you are just one (large) family, there is plenty of space to spread out. The home is up to date and modern and the garage will easily store any larger gear you might have. I thought this was a great value and a wonderful location in Park City. The owners were very responsive and we felt very at home during our stay. We'd stay here again in a mjnute!
