Hello Anisha, as you know we provide breakfast between 7:30 and 9 a.m.; this is clearly stated not only in our airB&B house rules, but also in our welcome manual and as well, I advised you of this at check-in. You chose to have a 9 a.m. service time. You are the first guests we have hosted to want to have breakfast where there are no other guests seated at the same time. We are not a hotel with multiple tables, we are a private home where breakfast is served at our dining table otherwise you could have taken breakfast on the porch. I thought we were doing you a service to provide you with breakfast when you arrived 30 minutes after the kitchen had closed; if you had been staying in a hotel you would not have received anything. On your second morning in conflict with your statement in your review, there were no other guests at the breakfast table when you arrived, they were busy preparing to leave the property at the scheduled check out time which is at 10 a.m. Whereas you checked out at 11 a.m. because of your desire to have an unannounced late and "private" breakfast and this was without consultation beforehand with us. We could have chosen not to supply any food and insisted on a 10 a.m. checkout but instead I reset the table and provided you with your requested continental vegetarian breakfast. I am very disappointed and perplexed by your review rating and take umbrage at your private message especially as we were not given any notice of a problem by you either during your stay or upon your check-out. This is the first time any such assertion has been made with regard to the condition of the room. In fact in our guest book you wrote and I quote "lovely room and location. We had a nice stay, thank you" and signed it with a smiley face. Are you sure you are reviewing your stay here with us as it is inconguous to your visit feedback at the time?
