The space
Located in iconic Electra building in heart of city in same street as high end hotels. Top walk score of 100; steps from shopping, restaurants, public transportation and entertainment.

Large (1600 sq. ft.) family-friendly penthouse apartment. Fob access to the floor, after hours security. Spectacular west view. Floor to ceiling windows large living room and separate dining area.

Master bedroom has bathroom ensuite with soaker tub and separate shower and a counter with two separate sinks; own TV, a desk and lounge area. Large closets.

The Second bedroom has a large closet space with an adjoining smaller full bathroom with bath and shower.

There is also a study which is furnished with a double sofa-bed which is suitable for children.

Wireless Internet, large screen LCD television, home office equipment.

In-suite laundry room with washer and dryer and ironing facilities.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher as well as counter appliances including espresso machine, a drip coffee machine, a kitchen aid mixer, a Cuisinart kitchen machine, a toaster etc.; also fully equipped with pots and pans and loads of dishes as well as a cabinet full of various size wine glasses and serving dishes.

Located on the corner of Georgia and Howe, adjacent to Robson St. and the Vancouver Art Gallery.

Stanley Park is the largest city-owned park in Canada and it sits at the top of the downtown peninsula. Only 8 min car drive from the heart of The Downtown. The entrance to Stanley Park is free and you can enter the park 24/7. If you fancy roller skating, walk or a an evening run The Seawall will be perfect for it. Also there is many forest trails to explore beautiful nature of Vancouver. Stanley Park boasts two of the best beaches in Vancouver.
Tourists are falling in love with the Totem Poles, which are placed in the park as a reminder of First Nations Cultures who once inhabited the area. They are collected from a different part of provinces.

If you are looking for a nightlife district in Vancouver, Downtown is the place to go to. Granville street is known as the home of 10 the most famous nightclubs in Vancouver. Also, there are some awesome cocktails spots ( Cloud 9 at the Empire Landmark Hotel, The Refinery.

One of the most popular bars in Vancouver is Prohibition (a bar which bring you back to 1920 with the luxurious cocktails and other beverages.)

The best Vancouver restaurants are located in the Downtown area.
