25m2 studio with mezzanine in top location (Place de la Crémaillère in Beausoleil on Monaco border) 2 min walk/300m from Monaco Casino. 6th/last floor in an elderly secured building with elevator. Washer, reversible air conditioning/heater, internet, TV, Nespresso machine, microwave oven. Double bed 140x190cm on mezzanine + sofa bed 120x190cm available. Bathroom with shower. Cupboards. Balcony with nice city and partial sea view to Monaco. Supermarket across the street. Public parkings close.

The space
The mezzanine, where the double bed is located, does not have full height to the ceiling (low + steep attic ceiling: highest point 1,85m, lowest point 50cm). It is therefore not a living space and can only be used as a sleeping area. If you are tall, you might find it more comfortable sleeping on the sofa bed in the main room.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine, water boiling kettle, ceramic cooktop and a combined microwave/oven/grill (no traditional oven). No dishwasher. Towels + bedlinen included. Cleaning provided on departure. Due to cleaning arrangements, late check-outs only on separate agreement.
The building is located on the French side; the street in front of the building is Monaco. No parking in the building. Public parkings closeby available at extra cost (about 25€/24hours).

From Monaco train station's UPPER street level (exit Monte-Carlo/Pont Sainte Dévote) it takes 10 min walking to the flat (distance 600m).
If you arrive with the Airport Bus, you should get off at bus stop "Monaco Casino" from where it takes a few minutes walking (distance 150m) to the flat.
