Welcome to Tidy & Minimal apt in Sasazuka (btwn Shimokitazawa/Shinjuku). This spot is only 1 stop away (about 6 min ) from Shinjuku on Keio Line, but also pretty close to Harajuku/Shibuya area. About 7min walk to Shimokita (little Brooklyn of Tokyo). The room comes with comfy bed, useful desk, clean kitchen, free WiFi and bath room.
The nearest station is Sasazuka, about 8min walk to the apt. I would say this spot is great for couple who would like to explore Shimokitazawa area.
The size of the room is equivalent to 6 tatami mats,so it’s not big but pretty okay size for 2 people, especially if you are out all the time exploring the great neighborhood of Toyko. There is plenty of natural sunlight coming through the window during the day. I’ve got closet that you can put your suitcases. The room comes with the air conditioner.
If you want to book this room, please make sure to verify your ID.

Other things to note
For the guests coming to Tokyo in winter season. Unlike most Western apartments, Japanese apartments don’t have the central heating system and Tokyo literally gets bone-chilling cold inside out! To get through Tokyo’s cold winter, go get UNIQLO’s HEATECH inner and tights because trust me, they work surprisingly good. Bring warm clothes!
Originally from the west Tokyo, Tokyo-based freelance editor for prints and website. I'm in my early 30s. I was born and raised in the far east, but I relocate myself to California for eating decent burrito. I am not an arty dude, but I really appreciate good design especially minimalistic Japanese/simple Scandinavian style (shout out to my girlfriend, Tiia). I love meeting my guests and will always be ready to have brewsky with them :)
My 5 things I can't live without would be......
Macbook, music, travel, bicycle and good beers.
