Super 3 bedroom flat split over two floors with the kitchen, WC and sitting room downstairs and the three double bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The flat also offer a lovely private garden. There is also additionally a pullout double sofa bed if needed.

2 bedrooms have double beds while the other has 2 single beds that can be put together if needed.

The flat inside is very comfortable and done in a mixture of contemporary and classic styles. Guest can enjoy the DVD and book collection and all the bedding is cotton and freshly laundered. Good wifi.

We offer flexible check-in & check-out times, however where we have guests coming or leaving the same day we may apply usual check-in times after 14:00 and check-out times before 11:00.

Late check-in needs to be pre-arranged and confirmed with us at least 3 days before arrival and they are subject to the following charges for arrival between these times:
From 19:00 to 22:00 - £40
From 22:00 to 00:00 - £65
From 00:00 to 7:00 - £100
*These prices may differ during public holidays (e.g. Christmas time)
These fees need to be paid in advance and cannot be paid at the property.

If your arrival time is delayed beyond 1 hour then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate the delay however we may need to re-arrange the check-in time or for you to collect the keys from us if we have other pre-arranged commitments.
If you stay beyond your agreed check-out time you will be liable to pay for an extra night at your average nightly price.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise and you are required to keep the place reasonably clean & tidy - no dirty dishes left over please.
There is strictly no smoking policy inside the accommodation, if this policy it`s not adhere to a charge of GBP 100.00 will be applied.
No pets are allowed

Lost keys or getting locked out will incur a charge starting from £50 for replacement depending on the type of key or getting you back in the property if you have locked yourself out.

Great location! We stayed here on vacation with our 4 children ages 5-14. We spent all of our time sight seeing and this was the perfect base for us. There is a nice little square less than a block from the flat with a market, a bakery and several restaurants. We were able to get to different parts of London using the many buses that have stops near Battersea. The tube station is a longer walk from the flat but still a good option. The flat had everything we needed and Toby was very helpful.

Toby's space was an excellent base for exploring London. In a wonderful neighborhood, very spacious, clean..exactly as described. Transportation to the city is close by or a nice walk. Toby communicated promptly and was always helpful.

Wir waren mit drei Kindern auf der Rückreise zu einem Zwischenstopp in London. Toby‘s Wohnung liegt wunderbar in Battersea außerhalb der Congestion Charge Zone. Das Apartment ist gut und schnell außerhalb der Rush Hour mit dem Auto erreichbar. Über die JustPark App (Tipp von Toby) haben wir auch in der Nähe einen bezahlbaren Parkplatz gefunden. Unsere Kinder und wir haben uns in Battersea sehr wohl gefühlt. In einer guten Viertelstunde zu Fuß entlang der Themse erreicht man den Battersea Park – viel Platz zum Austoben und Ausruhen. Wenige Minuten Spaziergang von der Wohnung entfernt liegen die Bushaltestellen nach South Kensingtion Station (#49/#345 Doppeldeckerbus für die Kinder) und Clapham Junction (#170). An der Cadogan Pier, erreichbar über die Albert Bridge, hält der Riverbus in die City. Die Wohnung auf zwei Etagen bietet genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Betten, Handtücher waren perfekt. Wi-Fi ohne Probleme. Die Kommunikation mit Toby war schnell und unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in London!
