Fully furnished studio apartment above home owners' garage with private entrance. Secluded 5.5 acre lot of land surrounded by beautiful woods. Vaulted ceilings with ladder to loft with queen bed. Big, sunny south-facing windows overlooking back yard and gardens. Homeowners are a laid-back, married, late-30's gay couple, living in the main house with their 1 year old baby girl and a dog. LGBTQ friendly home that welcomes kind guests of any race, gender, and orientation. A minute from Route 125.

The space
Located on a beautiful property on a dead-end road, long driveway to a secluded home on a wooded lot. Bright studio space with kitchen full of supplies (complimentary organic eggs from our chickens when available,) living space, desk/workspace, kitchen table, and a loft space with the queen bed. Access to the loft does require climbing a ladder. Apartment does not have cable TV, however there is an Apple TV and a Roku hooked up to TV and fast WIFI for streaming Netflix, Hulu etc.

One mile from Route 125 in Barrington, and just a couple of miles from downtown Barrington, Calef's Country Store, The Christmas Dove, etc. 10-15 minute drive to Dover, Durham, Rochester. 20-25 minutes to Portsmouth. Wooded neighborhood with peace and quiet, wildlife around the property including deer, lots of walking trails nearby, and close proximity to the ocean, the mountains for hiking or skiing, and much more in the beautiful New Hampshire scenery.
