HOME HIGHLIGHTS
Great check-in experience95% of recent guests gave this home’s check-in process a 5-star rating.

This apartment is in the Uptown neighborhood of Chicago. We are a mere one minute walk to the Red line train to downtown (15 minute ride). We are also within walking distance of Andersonville/Edgewater.

We are the top floor of a three flat. The building itself is a little older but the apartment is spacious, private, and comfortable. There are four bedrooms. I (Steve) live in one. Sometimes the others are rented out (more often in the warm months), sometimes not.

Amazing location for an amazing price! Steps from the subway and some of the best restaurants. Great laid back environment with friendly hosts. Our room wasn’t able to be locked from outside (according to Steve, it’s because guests kept losing their keys), but it wasn’t a major…

So close to the venue I bought tickets to, safe, secluded, and accessible. Great stay!

This place is great if you’re looking for a place to just crash. Ideal for people on a budget looking to only be home to sleep and mainly be out and about. The place is also literally a minute from the train, so getting around from this place is super easy.

When I have the opportunity to travel, I love meeting people in the know with the area, whether it's a short jaunt like Boston or across the globe into Southeast Asia. I hope folks coming to my place feel like they are entering into a local-oriented experience. Not just checking …

Getting around

I think we've already mentioned several times now, but we are a one minute walk to the Argyle stop on the train. Buses in Chicago are functional enough but not always your best option for getting arou…
