The space

Santa Ángela is the latest addition to our new Basic Home selection, a pretty and practical portfolio of apartments, all lovingly equipped and decorated to provide our most independent travellers with the perfect stay on a perfect budget.

Our standards are quality as ever, with this apartment located in a central area of Seville, literally steps away from the city’s main sites of interest.

It has its own parking, providing added reassurance. Your car will be parked safely, leaving you free to use all your time to explore the city on foot, or by bike or public transport. Everything is right to hand.

The property is centrally located within a web of narrow streets and colourful corners, very close to the calle Imagen and the Plaza de la Campana. A delightful area, with small squares, churches, craft shops and places of tourist and cultural interest such as the Dueñas Palace or the church of Santa Catalina. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants in which to try out the local tapas and rich cuisine. If you come to Seville during the Easter week, you will love the area’s lively atmosphere, an exceptional place from which to enjoy everything Easter and the renowned Easter processions have to offer. During the rest of the year, it is the perfect place for a pied-à-terre from which to savour the city at leisure, on foot and free from any complications.

Access to the apartment is on a charming pedestrian street, removed from traffic and noise and dotted with balconies blooming with geraniums, the typical sight of Seville.

The apartment’s main living space has a large sitting area which is both bright and comfortable and equipped with two large sofas, easy chairs, a coffee table and TV. The dining area has a table and chairs for four guests. The décor throughout is simple and fresh, in Mediterranean whites and blues.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with white goods and electrical appliances, and spacious cupboards to keep everything neatly stored. A breakfast bar with high stools separates the kitchen from the living area and provides a handy option for a quick snack.

The sleeping area has two bedrooms and a full bathroom, providing comfortable accommodation for up to four people. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large chest of drawers, bedside tables, a bench at the end of the bed, a pretty easy chair and a spacious fitted wardrobe.

The second bedroom has twin beds, a bedside table and wardrobes. The décor is simple, with colourful textiles and floor coverings bought by the owners on their travels.

The modern bathroom is spacious and practical, and equipped with a shower.

Santa Ángela will provide you with a quiet and comfortable stay, whether travelling on your own, with family, or on business.

Guest access

The whole apartment is at your disposal with the apartment ready and prepared for your stay: the beds made, heating (or air conditioning) on and the fridge with water, milk, butter, bread, coffee and a few additional things in the fully equipped kitchen.
We receive our guests personally and give them 2 sets of keys.

We stayed in 23 april 2017 , 2 adulds and 2 girls (9-10 y) Great location , clean apartment ,large, is a quiet area . Is at the 2 floor, at first one we have the " chance " to hear at 7 in the morning the old lady living there having a speaker loud conversation . But is luck:) Nice place , kids like it

Our small agency was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you.
