An apartment really with a view! Not a partial or dodgy obscured one...but 3 large sea face windows full of sea and sky. It's a privilege to wake up here in the mornings. The flat is my pride and joy having bought, restored and renovated it in Summer 2016.

Building is sea-facing, original Regency period build.

Interaction with guests

I work abroad (a lot!), hence why I am able to share my home with others! When I can, I will meet and greet you on arrival and/or departure, but in my (unavoidable) absence a very friendly and trustworthy home manager will be on hand to help.

The neighbourhood

The neighborhood is bliss! Friendly, close by - lots of award winning food and drink options...but not so near that you don't feel relaxed. The flat is quiet...the sea is the perfect antidote to everything.

Other things to note

Feel free to inquire about dates which show as unavailable - there is some flexibility here.

It may look a glam pad, but It's sadly not a flat for parties or after-hours.

Perfect for romantic getaways, family visits, friends or small families.

Interaction with guests

Where possible, I will be available to meet and greet. In my absence a helpful and friendly housekeeper is on hand. I'm keen to help with any questions before or during your trip (if you need and would like) and to help you have a great stay in Brighton!

Maddie was away whilst we were arriving so a very kind lady called Jill checked us jn and have us the key. She was so welcoming and said anything we need just ask her. She gave us local taxi numbers so we could get about, which we then later on found were all written in a book on Maddie’s coffee table, very useful! The apartment was absolutely spotless and so modern, the pictures really didn’t do this place justice! Less than a mile from very nice bars, so means that taxi fairs are cheap and you are just far enough at night to not hear a sound. Right on the beach from, wonderful view and plenty of parking around the apartment. Fantastic long weekend. Will be returning soon!

Good size apartment. Very easy for parking and nice walk along seafront to main Brighton area. Quite a few stairs so dont pack too heavy a suitcase!!! Lovely big shower and instant hot water. Prefect location if looking for a nice quiet place to stay especially for business trips.

Staying at Maddie's apartment was a fantastic experience. The check-in was seamless and everything we could need during our stay was at hand. The apartment is beautifully decorated and looks even better than the pictures. I would highly recommend staying here.
