The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented upon arrival. Guests must also provide a passport or other photographic identification matching the name of the guest on the booking and the name on the card. Photographic identification will also be requested from all accompanying guests.

A security deposit is not taken but subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation on check out any damages must be paid for.

The property has a strict non-party policy should the maximum number of people per apartment be exceeded without authorisation, guests will be charged. Please note that stag hen and other parties are not permitted.

Cleaning, linen and towels are offered weekly free of charge. Additional cleaning, linen and towels are available at an additional fee.

Late check-in can be arranged at an additional fee, between 20:00–23:00 for GBP 25 and between 23:00–01:00 for GBP 50. For arrivals after 23:00, guests are requested to inform the property of their expected arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box when booking.

Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability at an extra cost to be confirmed upon request.

The location was extremely convenient. A short walk to the tube, restaurants right downstairs, the 02 arena a short and fun air tram ride away. Two quick mart groceries where you can pick up anything from Tylenol, to wine, to paper towels. An ATM directly across the street and multiple places to grab a quick bite or coffee. There are several hotels and restaurants in the area, so there was some foot and vehicle traffic; but not the crowded hustle and bustle of the city center. The building itself is one in a series of high rises, but despite the large number of apartments, we saw few people on the property and there were no noise issues whatsoever. The balcony has a great view directly on to the water and includes seating (a plus). Views were lovely from the bedrooms as well. The unit is extremely spacious and modern (IKEA furniture throughout) and was more than enough space for our party of seven. The master bedroom is spectacular, the second guest bedroom is quite spacious and includes a comfortable pull out couch. The third bedroom is the smallest and is downstairs. The apartment was clean, we had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen came stocked with whatever we might need and the Tesco Express across the street was open late if we wanted extras. The washing machine and dishwasher were very convenient and soap was provided. There were televisions in all bedrooms and one in the living room; lots of channels available. We had one small issue with the balcony door but Adrian was very responsive and it was fixed as soon as possible. The location is close to City Airport which was convenient, but there was some plane traffic overhead. I'm a light sleeper and slept with the windows open; the noises (including any planes) were not a bother at all. If you are okay not being smack dab in the middle of the London hustle and bustle, and have a large party, I highly recommend this unit.

Dear Laura, It was a pleasure meeting you. And it is certainly a pleasure to stay at your wonderful apartment . It turned out to be exactly as depicted on the website, with wonderful views of London. The living room and dining room were large and comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms luxurious. All was spotlessly clean and the linens and towels generously supplied. We had a rather rockey start based on a lack of communication. However after that issue was resolved our stay was all we could expect, very comfortable for all 9 of us. Problems were resolved quickly (airconditiong did not work on the first night was fixed the following day) Laura's team worked hard to make us comfortable. We used this apartment as a base for a family vacation it had easy access to rail and subway facilities but if you would be uncomfortable using public transportation cab fair can be a little pricey (135 pounds from Heathrow). You need to get very specific directions to the property as it is not apparent from the street exactly where the entrance is, even a well experienced London cab driver could. Not find it so we just waited on the street for our host's agent to show up. Great place for a large group.

EPIC VIEW!!!!! Great Internet, Great service, Great Location, Great everything really. Only thing that could be worked on is the furniture a lil low-end Ikeaish for such a nice place. I would stay again all day easily one my favorite airbnb places in London
