Television is available in your room but you can also use the living room for watching TV. There are the white leather couches and up to the beer in the refrigerator or on the loggia it is there not so far ;-)
You can relax at the dining table. This can accommodate up to 6 people. In the entire apartment is free and fast WLAN.
Username and password are recorded on your room door.
You have the free choice of baths: In bath 1 there is a modern bodentiefe shower - in bath 2 is a bathtub.
NOTE - for more than one person:
In your room is a large double bed (180 x 200) - there can easily stay 2 people. ... In addition, there is 3 leather couches and 1 guest mattress in the apartment, where you can stay overnight. So that is a total of at least 6 sleeping places. Also for 8 guests you get the place furnished. This is mglw. Not quite as comfortable as in bed, but "in need" also works. And all the people are together ;-)
I am basically very relaxed and also have no problem with it, if you are free in the complete apartment (up to my study - which is taboo!) And the other rooms of the apartment with dining area, living area, kitchen and loggia shared. It is important to me that you feel good in the time you live here!
The loggia (after a hard working day) is also suitable for chilling.
In a normal setting you can also use the (regularly 6 different) white beer varieties.

There are two hints:
1. Me and order are important in the apartment. Although 2-3x a week a cleaning service, but I expect from you also a certain order and cleanliness.
2. Smoking is not desired in the apartment by the way and is tolerated only on the loggia.
You have primary access to your room.
However, you can also use the living room / dining room, the kitchen as well as the loggia (and the loggia beer) free of charge.
Interaction with guests
I am professional and therefore leave the apartment regularly between 6 am and 9 am and often come home in the evening or at night.
If I am times "homeoffice" (and thus work from home), then it may happen that I am also in the day in my apartment to apply ;-)
At irregular intervals you will surely also meet my partner in the apartment - since we have a long-distance relationship, it will probably not be all too often.
BUT: I can be reached at any time - also mobile. And if you want it or it is necessary, then I am personally available at any time on the spot.
Other things to note
The number 70 in this street is intentionally hidden. The entrance is not on the street, but on the side of the courtyard. So you have to walk around the house to get to the entrance.
The exact sequence: If you have found the house number 65 and have this in the back, then you can look directly at the house number 70. Now you have to walk around the house once more, because because of the play street the house entrance is not specifically to the street but is located in the courtyard.

Ich bin berufstätig und daher häufig auch erst am Abend oder in der Nacht zu Hause.
Wenn ich jedoch mal "homeoffice" mache und somit von zu Hause aus arbeite, dann kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass ich auch am Tag in meiner Wohnung anzutreffen bin ;-)
