Great location
100% of recent guests gave the location a 5-star rating.
Escape to the mountains in a spacious, luxury cabin sitting high atop a ridge on 13 private acres. Enjoy a hike on one of the property's nature trails, relax on the deck with a glass of wine or take a dip in the hot tub. The cabin is close to the Blue Ridge parkway, Chateau Morrisette Winery, Villa Appalaccia Winery and the Floyd Fest music venue. Floyd, a darling town brimming with music, art, culture and great food, is a short drive away.

The space
The property is very close to several local attractions, but allows you to get away from it all and reconnect with nature. The property has walking trails that lead to a peaceful creekside picnic area.

The well appointed cabin has every comfort of home with room for guests to spread out and relax. The kitchen comes completely stocked with pots, pans, utensils, crock pot, toaster, juicer, french press, coffee grinder, coffee maker as well as plates, silverware and wine glasses.

Where you’ll be

Floyd, Virginia, United States

The views from the Blue Ridge Parkway cannot be beat! Hiking trails and gorgeous drives in every direction. Floyd Fest site is less than 3 miles from the cabin. Chateau Morrisette Winery and Restaurant is within walking distance and Villa Appalaccia is nearby as well. We love venturing into Floyd for a great cup of coffee at Red Rooster Coffee or catching some live music and delicious brick oven pizza at Dogtown Roadhouse.

I love being able to share the beauty and tranquility of our neck of the woods with our guests. Creating a cozy environment that encourages people to slow down and reconnect with one another makes my heart happy. In addition to being a property host for our vacation cabin, I own a business, Curated by Helen, that specializes in Property Hosting and Home Staging. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, quality time with my family, a good book, traveling and live music. I strive to live simply and see the beauty in every day.
