There is free permit parking for 1 car available in the NCP car park below the flat (pay and display for additional vehicles) plus additional free parking available on Hook Road, a 10-15 minute walk from the flat.
Other things to note
No cats allowed (as both owners are allergic). We are open to small pets if fully housetrained (and kept off the balcony, sofa and carpets). Please enquire with us before booking.
The flat is located on the top floor and there is no lift available, only stairs - an important point to consider if you have small children or mobility concerns.
We are in a town centre so expect some noise in evenings on weekends from cars and party-goers. Nothing excessive but for those extra sensitive to any noise or unaccustomed to city life, this flat in the middle of town might not be for you.
- This is a NO smoking flat, including the balcony. We ask smokers to smoke by the front entrance of the building our flat is in.
- In respect to our neighbours, we ask no excessive noise is made or music played after 10.30pm.
- We can potentially allow small dogs if fully house trained but ask that the dogs do their business away from the building (including our balcony).
