This Uptown unit is a private studio (NO shared space with rest of home) with private entrance & parking. Perfect for single/couple who want to experience one of the city's neighborhoods. This residential neighborhood is racially & economically diverse. Unit does not have full kitchen; air controlled by owner who lives in rest of house; unit usually kept cool. 10 minute walk to St. Charles streetcar line. $10/10 minute Uber to downtown/French Quarter. Limit 2 guests! Dogs allowed & on premises

The space
Unit includes one queen bed, smart tv, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and iron (no full kitchen). Owner is onsite and easy to reach. AC/heat is one unit controlled by owner who can usually accommodate requests; however, New Orleans is hot and humid, so the house is generally kept cool when possible. Neighborhood is close to the universities and a quick car ride to almost anywhere in the city. Maximum capacity is two adults (plus child). *As a dog owner myself, I do apologize for this, but I have had several instances of cleaning taking over three hours after bad dog owners have stayed here. If the mess is particularly bad I may request your security deposit from Airbnb. This is rare. Please clean up after your dog in the yard as well.*
