Kindly treat my property with respect during your stay and do not cause any major or superficial damages.

In the event our neighbours are disturbed by particular incidents like amplified music, vocals or excessive noise emitted during your stay, a formal warning be issued. If continued disturbance to any residents persists, guests will be escorted off the premise and trespass orders will be issued.

If evidence of smoking is found during your stay or right after you check-out, you will be subject to a fine of NZ$200 for the the removal of odours, debris and such.

Similarly, if evidence of housing pets are found on the premises during your stay, we will impose a fine of NZ$150 for professional carpet, sofa and bed cleaning services along with any other strata related fines for breaching the building code.

If you plan to cook, that's fine but please be warned that the fire alarm is rather sensitive and there isn't a range hood, so please be sure to open the windows while doing any light cooking, cos if it goes off, you'll be liable for the costs of the fire truck's visit.

Ensure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

Check-ins are anytime after 2pm. Check-outs are strictly before 10am.

Good location. Mattress topper was missing so bed wasn't so nice but otherwise good place to stay.

The major attraction of this apartment is its location. Other than that it was just ok. It is certainly big enough to accommodate two people, three of you really like each other. There was a high ceiling which made the apartment feel much more roomy which was really nice. The apartment could use one good cleaning/scrubbing, as you could see it has been frequently used lately. Some of the furniture need fixing or be replaced (wobbly table and chairs). Found it a little bit strange that as you arrive you have to wait for the laundry from the previous guests visit to finish, and then fold it if you want to use the dryer yourself. There was a bed lamp tucked away high over a cabinet. Don't know if it was broken, but that was one thing I missed. All in all I could consider staying here again, but primarily for the location, not much else. Thanks for hosting me!

[(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)] Ian Yong (boss): thanks for staying with us Daniel, the dryer will still be running from the previous guests drying cycle but clean sheets, linen and towels are laid out for you prior to your arrival. If you plan on checking in later after at 3pm or later then we would have time to fold away the previous drying cycle for you, but if you plan on checking in at 2pm then I suppose there will still be linen drying up in the dryer, but you are more than welcome to use the washer and dryer. Ill have a look at the other issues mentioned. Cheers.
