An unassuming facebrick house from the outside tucked away in the top-end of a quiet residential street. Once you set foot inside, the open-plan layout and size of the rooms will let you feel right at home.
The dining room is open plan to the kitchen and has a large 6-seater dining table with big bay windows creating an airy and light-filled room.
The kitchen is very well equipped to prepare gourmet meals at home. An island for easy meal prep and breakfast nook for conversations while prepping meals. The pantry leads off from the kitchen and has a washer, dryer and dishwasher for your convenience.
The bar, TV room, lounge and entertainment deck lead off from the kitchen. There is a nice big deck that overlooks the pool and garden and ideal for gathering around a braai. The TV room is in a separate room and ideal for kids, or to watch sports tucked away. There is a DSTV connection, DVD player as well as Wii connected to the tv.
The bedrooms are located away from the entertainment deck so for those that enjoy an early night, could break away and get some rest. The first two bedrooms share a bathroom. The first bedroom has two single beds and large windows that look over the garden. The second bedroom has one single bed and looks over the courtyard. The bathroom has a lovely big shower.
The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite full bathroom with bath, shower and double vanity. Big windows overlook the garden and there is a door that leads to a balcony and to the garden.
All bedrooms have ample cupboard space to unpack for your stay.
The garden is big enough to bring along your pets (by arrangement), however they are not allowed in the bedrooms.
There is a garage for one car, and plenty of additional parking space in the driveway for at least two to three cars if required.
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.
The property is managed by my property manager who will arrange a time to meet you to exchange keys for access to the property.

Although I will not personally be meeting you, I am available for any questions during your stay, and will leave you in the very capable hands of my trusted property manager for your stay.
Other things to note
Please note that there is no one at the property and you will need to arrange with my property manager for access to the property.
The wifi provided is through a mobile router and therefore we provide 3GB per week of your stay, which is sufficient for communication purposes, but not streaming media. We will be happy to top-up the data for you at your cost. It's about R150 per GB.

- No additional people without pre-approval.

- Only 3GB of data is provided per week of stay. This is sufficient for communication, no streaming. Should this run out, we will be happy to top up for you at R150 per GB (that is what it costs us - no markup in those prices).
From Dec 20, 2017 - Jan 06, 2018 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
