This apartment is an "all accessible" and dog friendly residence located in a private, quiet, scenic rural setting but very close to Ebensburg, Altoona, Indiana and Johnstown, PA.
Route 219, Route 53, Route 22 and Route 422 are close by.
My property is located on Route 160.
St. Francis University, UPJ, and Blue Knob Ski Resort are less that 20 miles away. IUP in Indiana is 30 - 40 minutes away.

The space
This apartment is about 1200 square feet of living space with a private patio area out front. You have a full laundry room, bedroom, bath room, fully equipped kitchen and living room are included in the apartment. All bedding, linens and towels are provided. There is a T V in the master bedroom and I've added a second bed in the extra large open space to accommodate guest needs.

I’m retired from a challenging position as CEO of a local non profit organization. I have always enjoyed traveling but now find that I would rather entertain friends and family here in my home. Chatting while relaxing on the back porch we can sit and listen to the waterfall and enjoy the peace and tranquility of my peaceful, wooded surroundings. My son recently married and moved leaving his apartment/mother-in-law suite vacant, I look forward to sharing this space with AirBnB guests. I look forward to hosting and meeting new people and making new friends as they travel in this beautiful area of Pennsylvania. My information states breakfast - but just so you know -- I won't be making you breakfast, but I will make certain that you have what you need for a nice breakfast.
