Other things to note
You might see a cute white-black cat around. His name is Wolfman. He belongs to one of our neighbor. He is our street friendly cat. If you want to feed him, cat can food available in the kitchen. He is very smart and sweet!

This property is non-smoking, including the back yard and deck.
Guest numbers are limited to the maximum occupancy of the booking.
Sleeping accommodations in the main house are two lovely queen bedrooms in different levels. Each level has it own full bath.
Trash day is early Thursday morning. On Wednesday night be sure to put the trash bag securely into the outside grey trash can located in the back yard and move the trash can along with the trash to the front walkway and leave the home free of excess trash. Additional cleaning fees may be applied. Please use “Blue Recycle Bin”, located at the corner of back yard, for bottles, paper, and recyclable items.
The house and pool areas are intended for registered guests only. Parties are not permitted.
Swimming Pool Rules:
Pool is not heated. Due to New England weather, please inquire about pool availability at time of booking.
Do not bring any breakable objects such as glasses, bottles, ceramic dishware, etc. to the pool area.
No one under 18 is allowed in or near the pool area without adult supervision at all times. Keep eye on your children especially while they are close to the pool. There is no lifeguard on duty. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We want you have a pleasant time for your staying, but we have no liabilities on any of the safety issue.
Please be respectful of noise levels. No outdoor noise between 10pm-7am. Pool hours are 10am - 7pm.
From the Airport to our house, we suggest Uber or Lyft if you don't have a car. In normal traffic, the trip takes approximately 18 minutes.
By public transportation: From South Station (Train & Bus Station), take the T (Red Line at South Station Stop to Downtown Crossing station, then switch to Orange Line to Oak Grove station). From Grove St. station to our house takes approximately 15 minutes by foot or 4 minutes by car.
The T (subway) is good for going to downtown Boston.

Number of days rented or occupied per your Airbnb reservation (not to exceed 31 days). If peeling paint is present in the dwelling unit, the owner is not exempt from the obligations of the Lead Law.
