This newly renovated 4 bedroom family home is ready to move in, with a stunning kitchen-reception opening out onto the garden and a separate reception room. The location is ideal, a short walk to Earlsfield Station or up to Wandsworth Common. The house over looks a small park which is just across the road, Greats for kids! There is also a large garden and patio at the back.

The space

The house is approached by a smart tiled pathway with off-street parking, then through the front door into a light, carpeted hallway, with ample under stair storage for cloaks and shoes.

To the left is a generous, open reception room with a gas feature fireplace and a large double glazed bay window, the double glazing continuing throughout the property. Adjacent to the reception is a smart and newly installed W.C. with washbasin, finished with wooden floors and painted wall panelling.

Through to the back of the property is a stunning newly extended kitchen, with bifold doors looking out over a lawn garden. The kitchen has an array of painted wall and base cabinets for storage, with a centre island/breakfast bar all finished in a sleek stone worktop. The kitchen is fully stocked with integrated appliances, a stainless gas hob and extractor, double oven and dishwasher. A large combi-boiler has also just been installed. Off the kitchen is a handy utility room, with an array of storage cupboards, sink and washing machine.

Up to the first floor there is a bright central landing, off which are two large double bedrooms, the front bedroom with fitted alcove storage and enjoying views out over of Godley Garden through a bay window, the rear bedroom looking out over the private garden. The third bedroom features a built in single bed, leaving room for freestanding storage. The room would also make a great office space if needed. Finally the first floor has a beautiful tiled family bathroom, with glass screened shower-bath, W.C. and basin with storage, and a large adjacent cupboard for further storage and access to plumbing.

The loft extension has created a fantastic master suite, with light from Velux windows to the front and French Doors with Juliet balcony to the rear. The ensuite shower room again has a sharp tiled finish, with glass shower cubicle, W.C., washbasin cabinet and heated towel rail. Whilst the bedroom has room for freestanding storage there is also a generous storage space in the eaves. The house is within a few minutes walk from a main line train station serving stations into central London

Great location if you are a family that needs a bit of space but still wants to be close to public transport and relatively central in London. Don't expect more than the basic necessities in the house, but we found that Kingsley did everything he could to address any requests we had during our stay, which is great. Good value, good location and good host.

Kingsley was very helpful, the accomodation was excellent very handy to public transport, shopping and food

Kingsley was a friendly and accommodating host. The house is spacious and comfortable with a very large, airy and modern kitchen opening out onto a patio with seating. The area is quiet and within easy walking distance of Earlsfield Station.

This was our first experience with Air BNB and it was delightful! The home was perfect for our family and the location was outstanding. Easy walk to the train station and a great neighborhood. Kingsley was exceptionally attentive to us and made our comfort and convenience his top priority. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and would definitely stay there again. I would love to stay in any property that Kingsley offers as he was just a great host.
