We love our home away from home, please treat it with care and respect.
We have great neighbors, please respect them. Keep noise to a regular level.
Please stay on our property, including car parking (inside the Pines).
We have a shared driveway, please take great care when coming and going, and make every attempt not to “spin” wheels making ruts in grass/gravel.
Parking: 3 cars max on our property, at least 1 set of wheels on gravel driveway, entire car must be inside the Pine tree border.
Do not board, move or lean up/put anything on boats.
Firewood can be replenished from the pile, just on our property, along the Pine trees.
The kitchen garbage disposal should ONLY be used for small scraps of food-especially no meat, no scraping of plates into sink, etc.
