Waterfront log chalet with secluded beach! Open concept 1 1/2 story 2-bdrm, 2 bathroom, and fully furnished . Floor to ceiling windows for expansive views over the bay. Has air-conditioning and airtight woodstove. Ceiling fans throughout. Linens, coffee/tea, board games provided. Free WIFI. Accommodates up to six guests (four adults + two children).
Trout/salmon fishing nearby, 1/2 hour from Gander Int'l Airport and 10 minutes to Terra Nova National Park.

The space
The perfect YEAR-ROUND retreat for secluded romantic getaways, family vacations or outdoor fun and adventure such as swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing! Wrap around deck with a water view is complete with BBQ and lawn chairs.
Upstairs features a master bedroom with king bed complete with powder room and two-person jacuzzi tub with water view! The loft off the master bedroom has a balcony, a single bed and rocking chair and is a great place to snuggle up and read a book.
Main floor features another bedroom with queen bed and a roll-away cot; open concept living area with adjoining dining area and fully stocked kitchen. Main floor bathroom has a shower.

The lower level (walk out basement) of Wells’ Watch is a self-contained unit with a separate entrance and will be occupied by the owner and his Maine Coon cat, Sir Winston, while guests stay in the chalet. Neither the owner, nor Sir Winston, will access any area of the chalet while guests are staying there.
