The space

The main level has an open, bright, and airy floor plan with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace, cable television, and plenty of room to seat the entire family and watch the 40-inch flat panel TV. The dining room has a dining room table with ample seating for six. On the adjoining deck you'll find a 40-jet hot tub, gas grill, and a stunning view of the Breckenridge ski slopes.

USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 8 persons.

PARKING. Tenant understands that there is sufficient parking for up to two vehicles, including one in the attached garage and one in front of the attached garage with the front or rear bumper within 3 feet of the garage door. Excess vehicles must not be parked in the driveway or on the public roadway or elsewhere in the subdivision. Recreational vehicles, motor homes, campers, trailers, etc. may not be parked in the driveway or roadway at any time. Stay Summit does not guarantee that Tenant’s vehicle will fit in the attached garage; if Tenant’s vehicle does not fit in the attached garage, Tenant agrees that only one car may be parked outside the property. Vehicles not parked in accordance with these terms may be towed at any time, at Tenant’s expense, without warning.

PARTIES. No parties shall be held on the premises without the prior written consent of Stay Summit. No more than 12 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.

ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of Stay Summit.

SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.

MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.

Mark's place in Breckenridge was perfect for our needs! We had great access to downtown Breck and were able to use his house as a launching point for a great couple of days in the mountains! Would definitely stay there again!

Couldn't have found a better place to stay in Breck! The house is exactly as shown in photos. The location was so conveniently located that we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Mark was also great with getting back to us with any questions. Would love to come and stay again.

Our family had a great stay at Mark's place. The house is roomy, clean and very well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful time. The house location is very convenient to town, beds are comfortable and Mark was responsive to any questions or needs we had. I hope we have a chance to stay again!

Beautiful house located off French Street, convenient walk to many bars and restaurants in town. Getting to the slopes is very easy with a quick bus ride just steps from your door. Had a group of six friends and family and we were very comfortable and enjoyed the stay! There is a beautiful view of the slopes you can enjoy from the hot tub on the back deck! Would highly recommend as a fantastic place to stay in Breck! Mark is very accommodating and easy to deal with.

Mark was very responsive and helpful in getting some reservation kinks worked out. The property is in a great location, perfect for a big group, and the hot tub is amazing.
