Guest interaction is limited, but we are always here to help if you have a problem. We don't have a check-in or check-out; you will go straight to the unit when you arrive in Breckenridge.

NOTE: The listed 3-night minimum does not apply to all times. At certain times of the year we have a longer minimum; however, we can often accommodate stays as short as 3 nights on weeknights, or last-minute requests, or if your stay fits well into the calendar. For these reasons, we accept short stays all the time. If you'd like a short stay, go ahead and inquire and we'll do our best to accommodate you or refer you to a similar property that can accommodate you.

Check-in is after 4pm.
USE. The premises will be used as a temporary residence for no more than 6 persons.
PARKING. Tenant understands that there is sufficient parking for one vehicle in the garage. Door key(s) provided by Stay Summit will open the garage door. Upon arriving, tenant must obtain a permit at the front desk; tenant must provide name and license plate to obtain a parking permit. Parking permit shall be displayed in vehicle at all times inside the parking garage.
PARTIES. No parties shall be held on the premises without the prior written consent of Stay Summit. No more than 8 persons shall be present on the premises at any time.
KEYS. Tenant will be provided two key cards to the unit either by mail or other method. Both keys shall be left in the unit upon departure. One ski locker key will be provided. Unreturned keys will result in a $50 fine for each key.
SKI LOCKERS. Tenant will have free use of a ski locker on the main floor of the building. Stay Summit asks that you use the locker and do not bring skis or snowboards into the unit.
CONCIERGE SERVICES. Tenant will not have access to the front desk or concierge services provided by Crystal Peak Lodge. The front desk may only be used to resolve security- or safety-related issues.
COMMON AREAS. The common areas in Crystal Peak Lodge, including fitness area, lounge, and hot tubs, are available for Tenant’s free use. Crystal Peak Lodge rules shall be followed at all times, including no glass containers in any common areas. If using towels provided near the fitness area or hot tubs, Tenant shall leave the towels in the bins provided in the common areas. Towels provided in the unit shall remain in the unit or shall be returned to the unit.
ANIMALS. No animals will be brought on the premises without prior consent of Stay Summit.
SMOKING. Tenant or his or her family, invitees, or guests will not smoke anywhere inside the structure, including any garage. Smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 charge plus all necessary cleaning and odor elimination costs.
MINIMUM AGE. Tenant represents that Tenant is at least 25 years of age.
