The flat is in a great location near the Hoan Kiem lake. The flat has two comfortable double beds, a kitchen, nice bathroom and lots of space. Tuti was very helpful. He helped us book train tickets to Sapa, as well as store our luggage for us before and after our stay to save us lugging them around all day. I would recommend staying here for the location, nice apartment and help with organising trips.

Tuti's place is very quaint and comfortable. It's in a wonderful location being in the Hanoi French Quarter. There is a wonderful coffee shop next door and a spa across the street that were both awesome! He was very accommodating and was able to help out with tours, restaurant recommendations and booking any massage appointments. I highly recommend staying here.

A nice little apartment in a great location, however we had quite a few issues staying here and would not recommend it. The advertised 'self check in' required 3 phone calls, and as a traveller from overseas these calls cost us over $20AUD. When we arrived there was no visible street address, and the street out front of where the cab driver guessed the apartment must be was flooded, so we had to take off our shoes and wade through. It would have been good to have been told of this in advance. Finally we found our contact, but he was not the host and didn't speak any English so it was hard to work out if he was the person meeting us. We had to call the host and describe ourselves who then called this man. It was a bit frustrating. After a miserable cold shower we had to contact the host again to find out how to turn on the hot water - it really should have been turned on before we arrived. The apartment smelled of cigarettes, especially the mattress which made sleeping on it really unpleasant. The doors to outside were also not sealed properly at floor level so mosquitos came in every night. We had to stuff the gaps with plastic bags before bed. Some parts of the apartment were very dusty, like the ladder, and we also found the underside of the chairs were full of spider webs. The cupboards next to the bed were full of old soiled grey pillows so weren't appropriate to hang any clothing. When it rained the roof leaked. The air conditioning however was very good, as was the wi-fi. There was no drinking water provided and though there was a bottle of wine in the apartment, the host would charge us if we drank it. The apartment next door was under construction for the duration of our stay which made sleeping in past 7am impossible. The host also kept trying to sell us trips to Ha Long Bay and a private car from the airport, the latter he advised would be cheaper than taking a cab. In reality the cab we took was 80,000 VND cheaper than the cost of his private car.
