Carsten was easy to communicate with and the handover of the keys went very smoothly. The people who showed us the apartment gave us a thorough walk-through and offered to answer any subsequent questions by phone or email. The apartment is very spacious and in a convenient location, close to downtown and easy to reach by public transit and automobile. If you have a car you will appreciate the parking lot in front of the building because finding parking can be problematic in Bremen. The rooms were clean and matched the photos and description, except for the indoor fireplace, which was not functional according to a sticker on its side. If you travel during the cold season, be sure to ask for a description of the heating system upon arrival at the apartment; there is a central thermostat but you may also have to turn on each heater individually. The toilet is in a separate room from the main bathroom, which is equipped with a bathtub, separate shower and two sinks. The WiFi works well. The apartment is also child-friendly and there are children's books and toys. At night and on the weekend you have the entire building to yourself. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It was the perfect size for four people and I would consider staying here again during future trips to Bremen.

Great apartment in beautiful old house. The apartment is the entire third floor -- it's a huge space. Very quiet. Easy walk to the train station and city center. Apartment is clean and well maintained.

Great space in a lovely central location and an easy walk across the road into the park. My wife and children spent a relaxed few days exploring the area on foot while I attended business meetings. Good for kids, I have a 2 and a 4 year old who enjoyed the space and the toys already in the house.

Amazing space and great for travelling with kids. Lots of space to run around for the little ones, space to leave the stroller downstairs (after mounting a few steps which was no problem for us with a double stroller). Park across the street, playground 3 minutes walk into the park, and several more a bit further away. Carsten was great, easy to communicate with, as were his parents who gave us the keys and showed us around. We loved our stay!

It is a fantastic house. We loved sitting on those summer nights on its lovely terrace Everything is green around there, location is close to the center. Parking space was also enough.
