The space
The apartment is very bright, double exposed. The sleeping area is divided into the living area, allowing for independence between the spaces and the needs of everyone. There are 2 bedrooms, a large living room with large open kitchen, a windowed bathroom and 2 balconies, one with a table and chairs. On a mezzanine there is a double sofa bed. It is equipped with everything: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner Folletto, toaster, stocked pots, minipimer, sea fridge bags and beach equipment such as umbrellas and chairs. And double exposed. All around there are restaurants, handicraft stalls, bars and cafes.
Despite this, the apartment is very quiet and lends itself to a relaxing holiday.

Neighbourhood highlights

The location of the house is also strategic to reach the supermarket in the country without the need of the car.
I recommend these nice places, amenities and facilities:
A great restaurant where you eat beautifully, especially fish, is "Thomas". In the square I recommend the "Da Peppe" restaurant where the pizza is really good. Coming from the village to the harbor, next to the "Hotel del Porto", there is "Da Lino", a little place (which looks like a small bar) where you can enjoy a really delicious and unhealthy home cooking. In Via Magnon (the street facing the bedroom), near the square there is "Pasquina", a tiny spot where they make pizza cut, seadas (a good sweet Sardinian) crepes, and so on. From Pasquina everything costs very little, it is very good and is the ideal place where you can buy food to take to the beach.
A very friendly pub, with live music often full of people and especially young people, where they make a great beer, is "Dagabrò" in via Carlo Alberto (near our home).
Finally, reachable only by car, if you want to go to a place with a magnificent location and a breathtaking view, you must go to Capo Testa (a wonderful beach just 2km from S. Teresa, not to be missed). From Capo Testa go for a further 1 km and come to "Villa Spinosa", where there is the "Sea Lounge". It's a bit expensive, but a sunset appetizer is truly unforgettable. Just before the "Sea Lounge", I recommend the Valle della Luna, a place where you can walk between reefs and scenic landscapes. Hippies lived here in the 1960s, and today you can meet someone.
The beaches to see are so many and all beautiful. Those that are not to be missed are: of course Rena Bianca, which is the beach of the village, Capo Testa, Valle dell'Erica (4/6 km from the roundabout of S. Teresa to Olbia), Porto Pollo and Monti Russu (way from S. Teresa towards Sassari). To get to this beach you have to leave the car at some point and make the last stretch on foot. You will find yourself in front of a spectacle of absolutely splendid nature.
I do not want to bore you, but Santa Teresa is at the center of one of the most beautiful places in the world, between Corsica, the Costa Smeralda, the Maddalena Archipelago. If you want to run, you only have the embarrassment of choice.
One last suggestion is for Porto Rafael (always towards Olbia, just before Palau at about 15/20 km from S. Teresa) known for being the place chosen by great painters such as Salvador Dalí and various jet set people. A tiny jewel.
Good holidays!

Lives in Cagliari, Italy
I'm a singer and my husband is a director. I have two beautiful 21-year-old twins living in Milan. For 6 years we have chosen Cagliari as a base for our lives because it is a wonderful city with a fantastic climate all year beyond and a beautiful sea a few meters from home, just think that in the port of Cagliari while you are eating at the restaurant you see the dolphins jump from one dock to another, a show that really leaves you breathless. In short, thisisland offers truly unique beaches and landscapes among the most beautiful that exist in the world. In addition, even for those who are passionate about history and culture, they will not be disappointed because the city of Cagliari is very rich in places to visit, to discover, and to know, as well as throughout the island. As a host I am definitely very friendly and responsive, attentive to guest requests and above all very discreet. I don't want the guest to feel our presence in the least, and I want them to keep their total independence that they can have completely since there are no common spaces to share with us. HAVE A NICE VACATION IN SARDINIA!!!
