Yallingup Beach Views is located on the hill in Yallingup with amazing ocean and sunset views for you to enjoy.
Yallingup lagoon is a sheltered beach suitable for swimming, snorkling and relaxing and Yallingup bay has great surfing and fishing.
Located close to great wineries, breweries and cideries you can also visit the nearby towns of Margaret River and Dunsborough.
Other activities include a visit to Canal Rocks, Eagle Bay, Meelup Beach, whale watching or visit some of the caves in the area.

The space
Yallingup Beach Views offers a spacious house with amazing views of the ocean.

The house includes four bedrooms (three queen size and one bunk that is a double bed with a single above), two toilets, bathroom, two living areas, kitchen and dining and an amazing balcony for you to relax on and enjoy the views.

The kitchen is fully equipped and also has great views.

There are two large TV's one upstairs and one downstairs, an Xbox and some movies for you to watch.

The living areas (upstairs and downstairs) both have reverse cycle airconditioners and both bedrooms upstairs also have reverse cycle airconditioners.

Outside there is a great balcony with an outdoor table and downstairs there is a grassed area, table and chairs and a barbecue for you to use.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

The living areas upstairs and downstairs both have reverse cycle air conditioners (heating and cooling).

The two bedrooms upstairs also have reverse cycle airconditioner in each room.

There is no airconditioning in the two bedrooms downstairs.

Yallingup is a great coastal town with many attractions, great food, wine and coastline for you to enjoy. Yallingup is nestled on a ridge, surrounded by the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park with spectacular views over Yallingup Beach and the Indian Ocean.

BEACH
The tranquil crystal clear lagoon at Yallingup Lagoon is perfect for snorkelling and swimming and is one of the main Yallingup attractions. Yallingup is also a great place to watch great surfers out on the reef.

Yallingup bay has beautiful long white sandy beach great for long beach walks, fishing, swimming (when waves are not big) and watching the sunset and surfing.

There are many other great beaches including Smiths beach, Meelup Bay, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay for you to visit.

SURFING
The Yallingup area has many beaches that have great surf, with some of the world’s greatest surfers having lived in Yallingup. To see the surf you may choose to visit Yallingup Main Break or Rabbit Hill, both located in Yallingup. They’re great places to watch the surf (and the surfers!).

Other surf spots include Smiths Beach, Indjidup, Moses Rock and Honeycombs or take a trip to Margaret River to Main Break.

LOCAL WINERIES, BREWERIES AND CIDERIES
There are many wineries, breweries and cideries to visit which are located just off Caves Road near Yallingup. Refer to the house folder for a map of wineries, restaurants and activities of the region. Or download the Margaret River Region APP from the Apple iTunes Store.

CAVES
There are a number of caves to explore in the region. Close by is Yallingup’s Ngilgi (pronounced ‘nilgi‘) or a visit to the Lake Cave’s and see the permanent lake, or the huge Jewel Cave or visit the Mammoth Cave and do the self- guided tour.

PLACES TO VISIT
Other places to visit include Canal Rocks, Caves House, Country Life Farm or Simmos Ice Creamery, chocolate factory (great for the kids) or a visit to the lighthouse.

WHALE WATCHING
During certain times of the year you may like to go whale watching.
