A lovely, comfortable and clean apartment in a great location within walking distances to everything. The hosts are very gracious and prompt in responding. We couldn't have found a better place to stay for our large family. Highly recommend!

Our family of six loved this spacious apartment and the location was fantastic! Thank you to Alessandro for your excellent communication and to Pamela for answering all of my questions over the few days we were in Rome. Thank you!

We were a group of 6 people and had more than enough space at Alessandro's home! While we did not meet him, Pamela, who checked us in, was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The location is unbeatable. There are several delicious restaurants in the piazza below the apartment, and the view from the courtyard side of the building is lovely. All major tourist sites are walkable from the flat. The beds were all very comfortable, they provided a good supply of towels, body wash, soap etc., and the kitchen is fully stocked. (The dishwasher was a major plus!) I have lived in Europe for almost three years, and as an American, this flat felt like a palace compared to some of the cramped, tiny hotels that are around. 10/10 would recommend this place to large families, or groups! Grazie mille, Alessandro! It is good to note that this flat is located on the 4th floor of the building and the elevator is very small, so be mindful of luggage!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It's a large apartment with 7 beds that can sleep an entire family. It was very comfortable for my family of 5. The apartment has seemingly been renovated recently and everything in the apartment works perfectly. Beds are very comfortable and there is ample storage in each room. My only minor complaint about the apartment itself is that there is some road noise from the main street nearby. Our host was easily reachable at all times and was very accommodating. When we arrived they had a bottle of wine and some cookies waiting. The host also provided some maps and suggestions for sightseeing and dining in Rome. Check-in was a breeze and the host gave a great detailed tour of the apartment. The location of the apartment is absolutely ideal. Its located in between the Vatican and the Pantheon making it extremely walkable to some of Rome's most desirable sites. The area is also full of great dining options and grocery stores and pharmacies are very close by. Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was our very first Air BNB stay, so this review might reflect our inexperience with this approach to travel. First, this is clearly a standard Air BNB rental - like its DESIGNED to be a rental, which is nice as you don't have the belongings of homeowners around. Its got a lot of beds/bedrooms which was great for our family - and the ability to do laundry during a long trip is priceless! It's very clean, super practical, centrally located - all good stuff. But I would NOT call it luxurious, spacious, or quiet - it is definitely NOT a hotel quality accommodation, and I don't think we had really internalized what that meant until we were in it. It worked well for our family, and I would recommend it to others, but know that the common area is small/tight, several of the bedrooms are stacked upon one another (such that my husband's head would hit the ceiling) and the furnishings are simple/basic.
