Large kitchen fully equipped and a gas grill outside. Our private swimming pool is Not heated but winters in Tampa are generally mild allowing swimming year round. On cooler days, you can warm up by the outdoor fire pit or indoor fireplace.

Closest beach is Ben T Davis 7.9 miles

The space
We have a laptop-friendly workspace in bedroom 2 with a desk, a printer, good lighting and a work chair.

We have a large kitchen with 2 islands, perfect for larger groups to hang out. Our kitchen is fully equipped with 12-cup drip coffee maker, tea/water kettle, waffle maker, griddle, rice cooker, crockpot, pressure cooker, fondue pot, blooming onion maker, standard & nutribullet blender, brulee torch...

You can enjoy sitting areas both inside the home and 3 different sitting areas outside. You and your family can spread out and enjoy every corner without being on top of each other.

Guest access
Keyless entry will allow you to check in without contact with anyone. Full access to the entire home, pool, front and back yard. The garage is used as owner's storage. The driveway is large and holds at least 2 cars.

We will send you Our Arrival process within 24 hours of your arrival and it will include a unique code for you to use to access the home using the keyless entry door lock. Please let us know if you wish to check in early so the code works as you arrive.

Other things to note
The path next to the pool is standard but may be considered a little narrow so please use caution to get to the backyard.

Neighbourhood highlights

Our neighborhood is at the end of a street so you only see local traffic. We have a small lake walking distance (back corner of subdivision). Please park in our driveway and not on the street. Private vehicles only.

You can walk to Walmart and Publix as they are both just within a 2 min drive.

You are about 1 away mile from the SR 589 / Veterans Expressway that takes you to I-275 or I-4. Bush Gardens is just about 12 miles away.
