We stayed at this property for 9 days and we love it! There are enough rooms for three small families. The location is great, close to museum and park. During our stay, the hot water was shut down by accident, however the maintenance guy came the next day and fixed it.

Perfect location - across the street from the Natural History, Science and Victoria & Albert museums. Easy walk to the tube, restaurants, etc. Some metered spaces on the street too. Apartment is lovely, though it is a basement unit. Everything is modern and updated, very enjoyable. Completely secure, with a doorman during the day. Worked well for our expanded family (four adults, and four kids).

This apartment is exactly as described, but offers much more. Our experience here was nothing short of fantastic. Location: This apartment is less than a 10 minute walk to the underground with direct lines into central London locations such as Trafalgar, Covent gardens etc. But more importantly, it's even closer to all the amenities such as Waitrose or Tesco express for groceries, tons of restaurants and bars. Apartment: The apartment itself was clean, spacious and as expected. The kitchen includes all the amenities one would need for regular cooking. We only made breakfast and it was more than enough. There is also a porch area in the middle though we weren't quite sure whether sitting there at night would disturb the neighbors or not so we hardly used it. More than enough towels and other amenities provided. Host is very responsive.
