My husband and I have lived on the west coast of Scotland for most of our lives. We both spent our childhoods on the Scottish Islands and would not wish to live anywhere else. I trained as a teacher then returned to the Highlands to work. I especially love the beautiful scenery- the hills, sea-lochs and open spaces that surround us. Highland people are kind, friendly and helpful.
