If you are looking for a place to stay and wait for your flight from Seychelles Airport then this place for you. The most Airy stay we had till date in Seychelles (Mahe, Praslin, La Digue). She is very down to earth and provide you taxi for pick, drop and roam around compared to other Service providers in Mahe. Washroom should have been better cleaned and not water blockage which made taking bath a tough task. Julienne and her husband are very friendly and down to earth people. We are thankful to them for providing us an add on service by taking us to Maharaja (Indian Restaurant) and made that night special.

Julienne is a very nice and friendly woman, who picked us up at the airport. She made something to eat and was very helpful.

Wonderful place with a lovely insight in Mahe family life. Julienne and Robert are very friendly and enthusiastic hosts and we felt really welcome. Their house is very close to the airport and they were waiting for us on arrival. The house is a little bit chaotic. The room with 2 double beds and bathroom is comfortable and clean. Our kids loved the many cats and dogs. Julienne went out of her way to guide us in a tour over Mahe island. We really enjoyed this way of exploring the island.

Clean room. 2 big beds. 10 minutes drive from the airport. The family heated some food for us because we arrived late, that was nice. The whole house is a bit of a mess but as you stay upstairs, its not your problem.

Very nice family, very hospitable. Julienne picked us up from the airport. It is interesting experience to see how local people live there. They have cats and dog. My son played with them all the time. If you like perfect clean unfortunately it won't be place for you. We got room which in my opinion was not prepared for the guests. There was so much mess and the room was more for holding misused things. It might be good place for staying just one night in Mahe. Close to the airport but you need to take a taxi, ask for lift. Bus stop is not so far but you need to go down and up the small path which in hot weather is not very easy especially with a child on your arm.

Simple but cosy room with beautiful balcony. Located 5 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes from Eden island in the hills. Julianne was very hospitable, she organized all transfer for us for very suitable prices. If you need to spend one or two days between your flights in Mahe it is ideal place.

My name is Julienne, I am 43 years old and mother of 4 wonderful children. I live in close proximity to the Mahe (Seychelles) international airport. I personally hold the official “private tour guide” certificate by the Seychelles Tourism Academy.
Out of wonderful 115 island in Seychelles, Mahé is the largest of all, lying in the northeastern part of the county. It contains the capital city of Victoria, which is home to a tuna fishing and canning industry.
Art galleries, shopping centers, restaurants and hotels are all concentrated in the capital town of Victoria. Creative souvenirs made from coconut shells made in the shape of female pelvis (popularly known as coco de mer) is admired globally. They are very popular collectors item among tourists.
Mahé's forests have rare endemic plants found only in Seychelles, such as the critically endangered Medusagyne oppositifolia (the jellyfish tree), the carnivorous Nepenthes pervillei (Seychelles pitcher plant), and many unique species of orchid. (source: wikipedia).
Creole music incorporates the beat of drums with stringed instruments like the violin and guitar. The native dance of the slaves called “moutya” are few of many charming examples of our proud and multicultural society.
I like making friends, meeting people, sharing culture and travelling. I would be happy to provide my guests local area information, explain them of our local Creole culture, food, dance, etc. I can also provide dinner (including local cuisine) for my guests if required.
I can arrange / organize private tour packages / taxi pick ups & drop offs to suit individual requirements at an additional cost, please discuss as necessary. Due to heavy usage and expense, Wifi can be made available at additional cost, please enquire within.
