Great find! Quiet, relaxing, well-equipped, great for all ages! The pond onsite was amazing, many fish caught by all. Lots of space inside and out. Comfy beds and couches and awesome shower pressure! Would highly recommend and Joel was very responsive and followed up to make sure we had all we needed!

Joel and his family were wonderful host. They have provided a home in the wilderness that you will definitely appreciate. Though we did not utilize the lake, the amenities such as a paddle boat and raft are fantastic. We have been to many Airbnb homes and have not met the owner but Joel makes it a point to introduce himself and make sure you are comfortable and have all you need to make your stay great. This is a place I want to come back and visit.

We had a wonderful time at Paradise Glenn. We came down to fish at Atwood but had so much fun at the pond that we never left to go to the lake. The rental is stocked with everything you could need and everything is very comfortable and clean. We caught fish, watched turtles, listened to bullfrogs, and saw some young deer play in the yard right beside the house. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back!

One of the great experiences you can have on AirBnB. This is what it is all about. We stayed here and found it to be even better than advertised. Really a gem.

This was a perfect "get away" just what we were looking for. Hiking fishing boating within the property, couldn't ask for more. It was a very pleasant stay and the host was great. We got everything that we had hoped and expected. Joel and his family gave all the info we needed and even helped us with our first fishing

Joel's place is great! Hands down, without a doubt. Everything was clean and organized. There was plenty of room to move about the cabin/barn. Location has an incredible View of a valley.. 8 of my friends and I stayed here, and we loved it. Definitely will be coming back soon!

We were looking for an opportunity to escape the city for the weekend, and this scenic location far exceeded our expectations! Our host, Joel, was extremely accommodating and friendly. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with the cutest welcome sign that set the tone for the rest of our trip. The place was fully appointed with all of the necessities (i.e. cooking utensils, bathroom toiletries, etc.). Our host also surprised us with wine for the evening we arrived, and delicious blueberry muffins, bagels, and fresh fruit for breakfast the following morning. From the outside, the building looks like a traditional red barn, but on the inside it has been restored to resemble a cozy log cabin. The cottage is extremely spacious, yet quaint and comfortable. There are two loft-style sleeping areas that overlook the great room, which has vaulted ceilings; it even has a wood burning stove! The cabin had the kind of ambiance that made us feel like we were vacationing in the Smokey Mountains. The barn/cottage sits on 160 acres of rolling hills and woodlands, with a nearby man-made pond. During our stay, we were able to relax and take in the breathtaking views; it was a truly serene experience. We had the opportunity to hike, and we also took time to visit some nearby attractions like the local wineries. While we were certainly enamored with the beautiful accommodations, we were most impressed by our host Joel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had accurate directions to the location, he offered us mud boots to wear on a rainy day, and he even assisted us with building a bonfire for some evening entertainment. It is the little things that make the difference between good and great, and we can whole-heartedly say that this was one of the BEST Airbnb experiences we’ve had to date! When we return (which we will), we plan to bring friends with us to share in this lovely gem :-)
