RULE OF LIVING ROOM:
KEYS: It will be a pleasure for us to deliver the keys to our apartment as long as they carefully keep them and make good efforts to preserve them. In case of loss of the same we will be obliged to impose a penalty for the change of the locks of the amount of 50 € uro.
DEPARTURE: The apartment must be returned by 11.00 am on the date of departure, unless special arrangements are made at check-in.
CLEANING OF THE PROPERTY: The apartment is delivered to the clients in perfect order and cleaning. Upon delivery by the customer, at the end of the stay, any failure will be counted and consequently deducted from the deposit.
* Please carefully handle the furniture and equipment of the apartment. To ensure a pleasant stay and to avoid possible misunderstandings Please read the rules of the house.
* These Rules are to be read carefully and to accept the content in full and to respect it during your stay. For everything that is not explicitly quoted, reference is made to the laws in force, good taste and common sense in the interest of all.

We remind you to throw the garbage in the bins located just a short distance on Avenue Roma.
* Customers have a duty to look after their belongings and valuables left in their accommodations. We are not responsible for the possible disappearance of these items. When he comes out of the house, he always locks the apartment.

* CLAIMS: Any complaint may be made to us so that we will work promptly to resolve any problem. Any complaints about facts or events that may cause significant damage or otherwise cause you to claim compensation for the damage will have to be communicated before departure, giving us time to resolve any problem.
