This old Florida boutique bungalow faces the Gulf of Mexico. With a private beach just 25 feet from your door, and a large patio facing the Gulf, you will find relaxation in this remodeled two bedroom home. Each bedroom has a tempurpedic bed. Bungalow has full kitchen plus dining area in the living room and two bathrooms.

Gulf Shore Beach Resort provides a unique experience on Casey Key -- With Gulf Front beach on one side of the property and Venice Inlet waterfront on the other!

The space
Walk into this remodeled beachfront bungalow, just 25 feet from our private beach.
You enter the living room with full kitchen, fully equipped (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, dishes and utensils).
There is a Natuzzi leather pull-out couch, and leather chairs. The banquette in the dining area has a marble dining table and large windows facing the Gulf.
In the master bedroom, you have a tempurpedic king bed, dresser, closet, and flat screen TV with over 50 high def channels. The master has its own bathroom attached, with laundry room. In the bathroom is a marble roll-in shower, vanity sink, and toilet. In the guest bedroom is a queen tempurpedic bed, dresser and closet. The second bathroom has a roll-in marble shower, vanity sink and toilet.

Your bungalow has central heat and AC, a flat screen smart TV in the living room (use your netflix or amazon fire account), plus beach towels and hotel grade sheets/towels.

Our bungalows are cleaned with hotel grade procedures. Our already high standards were just updated with the CDC cleaning and disinfecting guidelines to make our guests safe and comfortable amid the coronavirus and after (Complete set of procedures available on our website). Rooms and cleaned, and then disinfected with EPA-registered and approved disinfectant. Guests are also required to pay a sanitize fee, provided by ServiceMaster upon departure of our guests.

Each bungalow has its own private entrance and no common areas to come into contact with others. Guests are expected to adhere to the social distancing guidelines, and we also provide satellite check-ins via email instructions.

It's a quiet, secluded area with mostly residential homes. No condos or high rises will spoil the peace and tranquility of relaxing by the Beach.

On the Venice Inlet, you can fish, kayak, paddleboard or watch the variety of waterfowl. On the beach, search for sharks teeth, relax in one of our beach loungers or sit in our large pavilion overlooking the Gulf.

The Resort is a four acre Gulf to Bay property with 200 feet of private beach frontage as well as dockage on the Bay. The 22 individual bungalow residences are comprised of studio efficiencies, one bedroom one bath, two bedroom two bath, and three bedroom two bath units all with full kitchens nestled among coconut palms. Staff are on site daily to help you.

Gulf Shore Beach Resort is on Casey Key -- A peninsula with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and the Venice Inlet on the other.
You can rent kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes from a local company to drop off at the Resort.
You can also take advantage of other water activities, such us parasailing, dolphin boat tours, sunset boat tours and fishing charters that start about 1,000 feet away at the Public Beach.
Use the Legacy Trail (closest entrance is about two miles away) -- An ever-expanding bicycling, running & walking trail that goes through mangroves, over the Sarasota Intracoastal Waterway, and by local parks. Mostly shaded.
A couple waterfront restaurants are within walking distances (about 5 blocks) -- Pop's Sunset Grill and Pelican Alley. Both are bar and grill tiki style locations.
A few restaurants are within one mile -- One serves Homemade Italian (Briandi's Restaurant), another specializes in Fresh/Organic Food (Cafe Evergreen), and a third boasts of great Seafood at a Bar & Grille (Casey Key Fish House).
