The home is a Resort Home and perfect for entertaining. Heated Swimming pool! ($150/weekend), 2 fire features, gas grill, Chef’s kitchen, spa like bathrooms, fireplaces inside and outside, golf course view right at the green, AND the rooftop patio – you can see all the mountains around and since we are on a hill, you can see the entire valley (gorgeous at night). Just 15 minutes from the Chicago Cubs spring training facility (Sloan Park). Old Town Scottsdale is just 25 minutes away.

The space

Beautiful Resort Home and perfect for entertaining. Enjoy the Heated Swimming pool in the colder months! ($150/weekend fee must be added to your reservation), 2 fantastic fire features, natural gas grill (no tanks to deal with), Chef’s kitchen for a wonderful family meal or gathering, spa like bathrooms, fireplaces inside and outside, golf course view right at the green, AND the rooftop patio – you can see all the mountains around and since we are on a hill, you can see the entire valley, watch the sunrises and sunsets and it's gorgeous at night!

If you want the pool heated during your stay, please contact us 1 week before your arrival and make sure you have paid the appropriate fee. ($150/weekend)

This is a NON SMOKING home.
The Primary guest booking this reservation MUST BE at least 25 years of age.

We are happy to let you use this home for events and parties; however, we do not expect to clean up after the big party.
Vomit, bodily fluids or large messes in the house and/or on the grounds will not be tolerated.
An extra clean up fee will be deducted from your security deposit if the above items are present.
(Airbnb does not collect a deposit when you pay for your reservation, however, they will charge your card for damages or violations we report that occur during your stay.)

All guests are required to obey local city ordinances and rules. Full security deposit is at risk if we have an incident with police or neighbors. No street parking or loud noise (music, party, dogs) between 10pm - 5am all days.
Our neighbors are very important to us and we want them to be happy that they live next to a vacation rental.

This home is privately owned; the owners and/or assistants are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or loss arising from their use of the premises or to others whom they invite to use the premise.

Please be kind to our owners and the environment when using the Air Conditioning. If you are leaving the home all day, DO NOT Leave the temperature below 79 degrees. You may be charged for excessive electricity charges during your stay.

CANCELLATIONS – With a sixty (60) day notice a full refund is given. Cancellations, shortening of days or early departure with less than sixty (60) day notice a 50% partial refund is given. Cleaning fees are always refunded if the guest never checks in. (We will work with Airbnb to honor this written policy)

We do not allow pets at this property, however, there have been dogs at this property. Cats have not been at this property due to common allergies.

Landscape, pool maintenance (if applicable) and exterior pest control is provided and may occur during your stay. All Children near pool are Guest’s FULL responsibility!

We DO NOT want to request your SECURITY DEPOSIT. (Airbnb does not collect a deposit when you pay for your reservation, however, they will charge your card for damages or violations we report that occur during your stay.)
Please follow the check out checklist you receive by email and cause no damage. It will be very similar to this list:
During your stay, take trash and/or recycle bins OUT FOR COLLECTION. Trash and Recycle
pickup instructions will be in your emailed house manual.
The night before you leave, launder any EXTRA sheets and towels you have used
Anything EXCEPT the ones you will still need for the last night/day.
If you can do more laundry in the morning, it is appreciated. (Especially if you have a large group.)
BEFORE 10:00 AM on check out day:
Pull down the covers of any beds that have been slept in, so the cleaning service will know to wash them.
Take sheets off of sofa sleepers or pull out couches and put furniture back together and everything in the right place.
Start a load of laundry at checkout. (The sheets and/or towels you used on the last night/day.)
Clean and put away all dishes.
Remove perishable food from the refrigerator and cabinets. Only sealed non-perishable food may be left behind.
Remove all of your personal items. Check every room, closet, dresser, bathroom and shower ONE MORE TIME!
Remove all trash from the home and backyard. Place all trash in outdoor containers that are provided. If you have created more trash than what fits in the trash bins, YOU MUST TAKE IT OFF THE PROPERTY!!! Remove any dog waste from the yard if necessary
Turn all gas lines to the off position.
Set thermostat to 85 degrees in warm weather, turn thermostat off in cold weather.
Turn off all lights except the light outside the front door. (some guests arrive after dark)
Check the rental cars for the garage remote!
Leave keys & garage remote on the kitchen desk and place one key in the lockbox outside.
Lock ALL exterior windows and doors.
A small supply of provisions is provided in the home. (Toilet paper, Paper towels, Hand soap, Dish soap, Dishwasher soap,
Laundry soap, & Garbage bags) Please notify us if these are not provided.
Shampoo, conditioner and body soap are not provided.
Other items such as coffee and filters, spices and condiment, shampoo and conditioner may be at the home from previous guests, but are not provided by us.

Please don’t throw away any small refill containers
If there is a gas grill at the property, a full backup propane tank is provided at the property.
Please contact us immediately if the primary tank runs out.
Also contact us when backup light bulbs or batteries are used so we may replenish them.

This house was a fantastic space to spend Labor Day Weekend with a group of friends. The public space is spacious and welcoming and the outdoor pool and patio area were awesome for group dinner. The rooftop was incredible for Arizona Sunsets. We would definitely stay here again.
