River Rock is a romantic olde world styled Cottage set in tranquil surroundings with a gentle flowing river nearby. Romance is in abundance with old stone fireplace, antique crane, dresser with delph, sewing machine and antique radio, soft furnishings and antique photographs of family ancestors who occupied the Cottage in bygone days. Killarney is a 5 minute drive from the Cottage, where you can access amenities to cater for all. Kerry Airport is a mere 15 minute drive away.
The Cottage, located on the Killarney/Firies Road (L2019) is
2 miles from the buzzing town of Killarney with a gentle river on its boundary and the sound of running water lends to the romantic ambience of the property. Living/Dining/Kitchen downstairs and 2 bedrooms + Bathroom upstairs. There is a Garden shed at the rear for storage. Guests may use Open Fire, Cooker, Fridge, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, TV/DVD Player & Board Games.
Guests have access to the Cottage, Store and garden during their stay. We provide various board games for some family fun and enjoyment.
Interaction with guests
Guests will be met on arrival at the premises with a complimentary tea/coffee/snack (Home baked scones, when available). Information/advice on restaurants, sightseeing, entertainment, shopping, walks, outdoor activities, etc will be given and brochures are provided at the cottage. We are always just a phonecall away should our guests need any assistance whatsoever.

Free parking for 2 cars. Patio area at the rear of Cottage. We love Killarney and wish to share this wonderful gem with you all. We love the outdoors and nothing can compare with a stroll or a brisk walk in the National Park with its flora and fauna, tracks and trails by the majestic mountains and lakeside.
