Our Californian King Bed is our extra high and extremely comfortable bed by Cliffs of Moher. Own private ensuite. Appreciate a well deserved rest after enjoying a walk to Cliffs of Moher nearby ( two miles away ).Explore the local area from castles to caves to cliff cruises. Take a ferry to Aran Islands, experience the Wild Atlantic Way or just relax and take in the natural flora and fauna in our area. We are in the countryside surrounded by farms and trails in the west of Ireland.Free Wifi.

The space
Our home is really close to Cliffs of Moher ( 2 miles away ). Staying here allows one to pop up to Cliffs at your convenience. Sunset is especially spectacular at Cliffs.

We are located in a quiet and peaceful area- working farms, countryside and lots of mapped out walking trails surround our home.

Local experiences not be missed:

Hop on board a ferry at nearby Doolin Pier. We recommend combo deal taking in Cliffs of Moher and island of Inisheer. The cliffs from the water is not to be missed.

Hike Cliffs of Moher with a local farmer ; check out Pat Sweeney’s cliff walk .

Follow Burren Food Trail with fantastic local cheese, seafood, ice-cream and chocolate.

Nature is on your doorstep. Walking trails have been developed as part of Wild Atlantic Way Initiative taking in Cliffs of Moher, Irish coastline, Burren Region and countryside.

Cliffs of Moher ( 2 miles away) -words cannot do the world renowned Cliffs of Moher justice- you need to experience the cliffs for yourself ! Early mornings and sunsets in evening are particularly spectacular and not to be missed!

Castles - Beautiful castles dot the country side in our county (some are in ruins, some privately owned and others offer tours and banquets)
Doonagore Castle- 16th century tower house with a walled enclosure.
Lemenagh Castle contains a 15th century residential tower and a 17th century fortified house.

Step back in time....Explore Poulnabrone Dolmen (an ancient stone tomb)
Visit Caherconnell Fort - A large and perfect stone fort dating back to 400 to 1200ad.
Liscannor- traditional fishing village boasts rock shop, craft shops stocking Aran sweaters, Moher Hill Open Farm and pitch and putt course.

Lahinch- surf schools, amazing beach and prom walk, art galleries and championship golf course.

Doolin- Ferries to Aran Islands, experience Cliffs of Moher by taking boat trip to Cliffs of Moher, Doolin Cave, many pubs famous for traditional Irish music, music centre, Aran sweater and Irish linen gift shops.

2 Night Stay- Guests who stay 2 nights with us tend to take the off the beaten track trail to Cliffs of Moher from our place, sample some traditional Irish music and visit the local Aran Islands with the ferry port a very short car ride away.

3 Night Stay- Guests who stay 3 nights with us tend to visit Cliffs of Moher, take boat trip under Cliffs of Moher (not to be missed!) and explore local islands also. Guests really enjoy marvelling at castles which dot the countryside in our area.

3- 5 Night Stays. Guests who stay with us for 3-5 nights tend to visit Cliffs of Moher, local Aran Islands, take boat trip under Cliffs of Moher and explore the BURREN National Geo Park.

5-7 Night Stays. Guests who stay with us for 5-7 nights tend to visit Cliffs of Moher, local islands, Doolin Cave (largest stalactite in Europe), Burren, take day trip to Galway, surf in local famed beach of Lahinch.

7- 14 Night Stays. Guests who stay for 7-14 nights tend to choose from what all the area has to offer. Days are enjoyed with a variety of activities and adventures including Lahinch golf course nearby, hiking along Wild Atlantic Way, taking in sunset and sunrise daily at nearby Cliffs of Moher, sampling great foods produced and sourced locally (organic salmon, local cheeses, jams and breads).
