Cosy apartment in the city center near Marienplatz, in a very quiet backyard.
You can use the entire apartment on your own.
You will receive detailed information about the apartment and things to do and recommendations for the surroundings and more info if you like - please ask me :-)
You will probably see me only when we meet for check-in but I am always there for you if you have questions or need something.
The apartment is in the best location of Munich at the Isartor, only 7 minutes walking distance away from Marienplatz. Despite that you live very quiet in a nice backyard and will not hear any street noise. Around the flat there is a supermarket, numerous restaurants, cafes and shopping-opportunities, everything can be easily reached by walking. The S-Bahn, Tram und buses are only 150 metres away from the flat.
In direct surrounding of the flat there is the Deutsche Museum and the vivid Gärtnerplatzviertel, next to famous Viktualienmarkt.
The apartment is on 1. floor (american = 2. floor), there is also an elevator. The apartment has a sleeping room, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. Furniture is of modern style.
The kitchen has an electric cooker, fridge, nespresso machine, water cooker and tableware as well as a washing machine.
When you arrive there will be fresh linen on the beds and fresh towels waiting for you in the bathroom.
Hair dryer, iron, ironing board and laundry rack may also be used.
You have free WIFI, the login details are on the table so that you can immediately go online. The apartment has central heating.
Please note: If you are allergic to dogs please note that sometimes there is a little dog in this flat (it is a breed - havanese - that does not lose hair).
You can use the entire flat, I will not be there, only for check-in.
There are private things in the cupboards, of course :-)
Interaction with guests
Please always ask me what you would like to know about Munich or Germany or whatever :-)
Sometimes I have the time to show you a little bit of Munich. I have been out with airbnb guests for dinner and I have always enjoyed the common time a lot.
Other things to note
Clean, fresh linen upon arrival. Always clean towels available. Shampoo, soap, shower gel for free as well as coffee, tee, milk, sugar, salt, whatever you need, as well as some sweets for you.
As some guests missed curtains at the windows we have now provided the sleeping room with non-transparent curtains.
Interesting note for guests: Munich's tap water is recommended even for preparing baby food! Our water is fresh from the alps and has outstanding nutritional values.
