The space

The apartment is in one of the most crowded streets of the city surrounded with the best shops and opposite " El Corte Inglés ". To another side the Plaza of the Museum is, where every Sunday it´s organized the market of art and painting, in the door of the same museum of fine arts of Seville.

The building, it is designed by the architect Anibal Gonzalez, famous, among other things, for having designed the Plaza de España of Seville, one of the monuments most visited in the city. It is for this that is a building of great beauty, where it will be able to admire the front, and his courts, typical Sevillian.

The apartment possesses a bath, a bedroom and one wide enough and luminous salón-cocina, it has elevator. It is totally equipped with television, air conditioning, kitchen, refrigerator, wash-machine, etc...

It is an apartment that invites to know Seville easy and comfortablement from the same heart of the city.

Sebastian greeted us on time and was a very pleasant host. Like the other reviews, this place could use a renovation. The shower is bad and the beds were not too comfortable. On the plus side, the location is excellent. Very close to walk to shops, restaurants and sites. Although it was on a busy street you could not hear traffic, but you could hear people coming in and out of the building and some talking at night, just bring some ear plugs and you should be fine.

Very nice apartment in Sevilla, close from the bus station and perfect to enjoy the center of the city. Sebastian was here on time for the keys and very sympathic. We recommend it warmly!

Apartment is as described/pictured. We met Sebastian's brother, who helped us find parking and took us into the apartment. Location is fantastic, near shops, restaurants, cathedral, Alcázar, metropol parasol, etc. We had a problem drying our laundry and Sebastian was quick to resolve it for us. (Gracias!) Only complaint would be the beds aren't the most comfortable, but otherwise great spot for a trip to Seville!

Sebastian's apartment is a great base for exploring Seville. We were able to walk everywhere, including the bus station from which we arrived. Pictures accurately depict the apartment. Sebastian helped us out with solid restaurant recos and was quick to respond through the Airbnb app if we ever needed him. Overall, a solid place to stay!

This apartment is lovely and in the historic centre of Seville in a typical old apartment building with beautiful Sevillian tiles. The downside is the owner is not keeping up with its maintenance. The on-going broken toilet seat and broken shower holder have garnered complaints in reviews since 2015. I was assured ahead of time these were fixed. They were not. The washing machine was broken also and unusable. That said these were petty annoyances compared with the location central to everything, plenty of restaurants, amazing and safe neighborhood. Taxis go up and down the street constantly, tour buses are 2 blocks to your right on the Plaza del Duque. Also to your right is a Cortes Ingles where you can buy anything, including groceries. They also have a very helpful tourist desk to your left as you enter the door on Calle Alfonso XII. can
