Classy charming house less then 2 miles from the honky tonk bars of Broadway / the Bridgestone Arena / Titans stadium / Vanderbilt / Ryman Theatre/ Nashville Sounds stadium and, located in the prestigeous Germantown area with bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
The room will host a a queen size bed with fresh linens and sheets that comfortably will fit two with a large closet and luggage racks for your things.
There is a full private bath with a large tile shower including towels, a hair dryer, and makeup mirror. The room will have a mini fridge and microwave for your needs.
The room and bathroom are blocked off to the rest of the house by a lockable solid door giving you your own privacy to the entire back part of the home. Additionally, the bedroom door is capable of being locked as well.
You will have access to the back patio that hosts outdoor sitting or, a table for outdoor dining or reading.
You will love the distance to everything from your stay here. A $6 uber will take you anywhere in downtown Nashville. The famous and historic "Broadway" and the "honky tonks" are less then 2 miles from the home.
Guests will have access to come and go freely through the back side of the home with a push button lock door entry.
The back side of the home is closed off by a locked door giving guests full privacy from the home owner to move from the entry to the bedroom and bathroom.
Additionally, guests will have a full bath and a mud room in the hallway for storage space in addition to, a full closet within the bedroom.
Guests will have full access to the back patio, patio furniture for reading and relaxation.
Interaction with guests
I always prefer and attempt to welcome the guests into the home and then provide them their privacy. However, there may be times when I am unable to greet the guests.
Other things to note
Respect the home as if it were your own and there will be no issues.
Guests are allowed to use the microwave but not allowed to cook in the kitchen.
