There is a TV/DVD and use of BBQ. A cot and child's bed are available on request. There is wheelchair access.
We offer free Wi-Fi and have off street parking. We can provide secure storage for sports equipment including bicycles. Continental breakfast available on request (additional charge applies).

I stayed in the Annex for 6 weeks. A real 'home from home'. Very comfy, clean and peaceful. Rachel is a wonderful host and made me feel very welcome. She was discrete, friendly and did her utmost to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended and I would stay again in a heart beat.

We stayed for seven nights with our dog in the good clean accommodation, which is centrally located for exploring many of the Dorset attractions and contains pretty much everything you could possibly need. There are two dog friendly pubs in the village serving a good selection of food, a post office and small general store to give you the essentials for your stay. Rachel the host is very friendly and very willing to help with any assistance you may need. The only downside for us was the rather slow internet connection.

What a great experience. Me and my girlfriend stayed at Rachel's for one month. Beautiful nature, quiet village, perfect to refill the "batteries". We enjoyed long walks in the woods and surrounding hills. The annex is bright, modern, clean and has everything you could think of. Rachel is a great host, she provided us with everything and I'd like to thank her again for the whole experience.

We had a fantastic stay at The Old Brewery Annex and although Rachel and her family were away at the time, she remained in contact with us during the build up to our stay to ensure we knew what to do on arrival and how to contact her if we had any problems. The annex was a great size for the two of us and our little four legged friend who thoroughly enjoyed exploring the lovely garden. The location was perfect, we took a trip to Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door one day, and explored the nearby Cole Wood on the second day, spending one evening in The Drax Arms (on the same road as the annex) and our last night at The Halfway Inn in Wareham - we would highly recommend this, a lovely pub with tons of character and beautiful food, only a 20 minute drive. All in all a great short break away, we would certainly recommend The Old Brewery Annex to friends.

I booked this as a surprise for my Mum for her birthday. Rachel was a great host and responded quickly to my emails. My mum commented on how beautiful the annexe was. She loved the modern kitchen, bathroom and cleanliness of the annexe. She did appreciate the electric heater as found the annexe chilly in the evening. Mum said she would recommend the annexe as a great place to stay.

Great place to stay for a quiet weekend. Plenty of things to do nearby but you do need a car. The flat was lovely with small kitchen (everything provided, even kids plates), bathroom and main bedroom with tv and sofa. I was disappointed that the listing says internet is provided but the connection is not good enough for guests to use at the same time as the family (great connection at 2am though). Great place to stay, but don't choose this listing for the internet (two pubs nearby have wifi which is wonderful).

I moved to Bere Regis about 5 years ago and really enjoy living in this beautiful part of Dorset. I have two young sons and we all love the outdoors. We are happy to share our knowledge of the local area.
