We highly recommend this flat. Very close to everything, small shops on the street, cheap restaurente next door. So nice and clean, calm, light with a view to a garden. Nice host.

Julien's place was perfect for a 4-day stay for two. The location was very convenient. The place was quiet, bright, clean, well equipped and had just the right amount of space for us. Communication was easy and friendly.

This place feels like staying in a private garden. It is very quiet for such a central place on a busy road. It is very bright with big windows across the entire apartment and looks out onto a trees and private courtyards. It is very recently renovated and all feels brand new. Location is great, close to the river, Notre Dame, Latin Quarter, transport. The only downside is that it is two twin beds. Not a problem for me as I was on my own, but not super romantic for couples. Also, no TV, but you're in the middle of Paris. Why stay in and watch TV? Would definitely go back.

Response from Julien:
Dear Andy, many thanks for your message. It was a pleasure to host you, sorry if we have not been clear for the twin beds. It is very easy actually to join them and have one bed rather than two. We have noticed also your comment on the WIFI and we will add it to the memo. My best regards and hope to see you very soon in Paris. Julien
