A pleasant one-bedroom apartment measuring 36 m2 on the fourth floor with a breathtaking view of the beach and the sea, ideal for beach lovers. The apartment has been newly fitted out with brand new furniture and fittings and would suit a couple as well as a small family. It is ideally located at the heart of the village opposite the beach, near shops, cafés and restaurants. Its small balcony comfortably accommodates a table for two.

The space
The property is located on the 4th floor with a lift and is provided with all mod cons : dishwasher, washing machine, senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, hairdryer, wide screen TV, WIFI, quality bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed (140 x 200) in the lounge. The bedroom can also accommodate a cot (120 x 60). Board games, books, ideas for outings and leisure activities, sun loungers and parasol are provided for guests' use. Please note that the apartment is non-smoking.

According to the season, the wind can be very strong ; we therefore advise you not to leave anything on the balcony as things may fly away ! The seagulls can be very greedy – do not leave any food outside !

- Hot water from an immersion heater. Electric heating controlled manually. Do not forget to turn off or turn down the heating on the day you leave.
- The wind can be strong. Do not leave any personal effects on the terrace or the balcony in the event of wind. Doors may slam if windows or doors are open on both sides of the property – please use the doorstops. Wind coming from the sea generally brings rain. Take care not to leave the lounge windows open as showers can be heavy and water may seep into the apartment.
- Be careful not to attract the attention of seagulls. Do not leave any food on the terrace.
- A library of books is at your disposal.
- You will find two recycling bags under the sink. Recycling bins for glass and packaging can be found at the end of the road towards the beach. Regular refuse is to be disposed of in the containers opposite the beach.
- Please remove sheets from the beds and take out your bins before leaving.
