Apartment in Cascade - open-air museum.

Newly renovated. With 3 rooms and a nice small balcony overlooking Cascade. There is also a security of Russian museum on the ground floor of the entrance.

We can provide a breakfast (not hot and at additional price) at the request. There is also a nice restaurant right at the entrance of the building, and there are also many other restaurants and cafes in the area (very close, all a couple mins of walk) where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The space
Cascade is an elite place in Yerevan. It is in the very center of the city and at the same time far from street noise. A wonderful view opens from the balcony. The backyard is very quiet. The layout is comfortable. A good light insulation of bedrooms. There is everything necessary for cooking. In 7-8 mins of walk there are 2 mini-markets, SAS supermarket is in 15 mins of walk.

Other things to note
Please not that the house is on the 3rd (not counting the ground floor) floor and there is no elevator in the building (as is the case with many building in the center).
