We had a great stay at Nadine's! Excellent location with an amazing view of the cascades and close to cafes and restaurants. Nadine and her mother explained everything thoroughly, and were extremely communicative (in English) and flexible with our late arrival. Very clean flat with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended!

A nice, cozy home which was maintained pretty well. The amenities are pretty much as mentioned, in good working condition. The house location was pretty central to most major attractions in the city. Narine and her daughters are very helpful, helping you plan any visits or with checking out the local attractions.

Narine's place is fantastically spacious, sunny, neat and comfortable. Communication was swift and clear. Narine was away, but her mother, sister and grandfather let me in, showed me around and welcomed me. The apartment is in an excellent location. Stay here when you're in Yerevan.

"Honey, these look like Botero". "Because these ARE Botero" said my husband. We are art lovers/collectors and I never in my life (I am 56 years old) could have imagined that one day we will stay in a place when from the balcony I can have my morning cup of coffee while staring at a REAL Botero sculpture. This spacious, well appointed, superbly clean, comfortable (with AC for HOT days), fast wifi apartment is a deal/steal in Yerevan. The Soviet era's ugly monstrosity Cascde is right there but so are the CFA's Sculpture garden and the escalator gallery inside the ugly Cascade. The Museum of Scripts, the National art Gallery/Republic Square, Kochar Gallery, all sorts of restaurants are all within a short walking distance even in the scorching summer heat like we had for 3 days. The local shops sell pathetic looking fruit and vegetables. Take a short taxi ride for 1000 Dram and go to the Gum (pronounced GOOM) market and shop till you drop. I can go on and on about this wonderful place but to make it short, just let me tell you that we are coming back soon for a longer stay. Karine, her mom Narine and sister Lileth run a hospitality business that anyone should embrace and fall in love. Wonderful people and a great place. Photos do not do justice. Book NOW.

Response from Narine:
Thak you very much for visit, we wll be very happy to host you in our place again! We understand very well all the feelings you described, as we also like to have a cup of coffee/tea surrounded by Botero. During the scrotching days the pathetic fruit and vegetables were probably sleeping because of the heat))) But, indeed the Goom market is much better, beacuse of big assortment, and your advice is very useful for the guests, especially for the ones who like to cook.

Karine and Narine were excellent hosts. They made sure everything was perfect and we were comfortable. The location is amazing, close to the action yet far enough from the city noise. The security outside keeps the area quiet after midnight. This is my 6th time in Armenia and my second time staying at Cascade. I would most definitely stay here again.
